-1Taco_man you hit the nail on the head. The responses on this board from "napsgear" are cut and paste responses that address ONLY the shipping "delays" related to orders placed around Easter??? Its as if that blanket bullshit response is supposed to settle all of the people who are genuinely getting FUCKED! What about ALL of the people who made payments (especially bitcoin) and can produce the confirmation and proof that the payment was received by napsgear MINUTES after it was sent??? The responses from customer service on their site are "please wait 3-4 business days", "wait 3-4 bus days longer", "the payment hold up is not on our end?", "we've forwarded your issue to the payment dept, it will be taken care of in 3-4 bus days" and the funniest bs of all, "please wait 3-4 bus days and then revert" Tha fuk? Revert to what, what the fuck are you talking about?! In reference to what you said about the vets....vets or not, this board is like a napsgear sack riders club. MANY long time customers of napsgear prefer to stay off these boards for many different reasons. They follow the directions, make the payment, and are extremely patient until it becomes obvious there is a reason not to be.

-1Been 8 weeks since I ordered from NAPS. I've used them in the past and it usually takes about 3 weeks to get my shipment. I don't know whats going on but even the customer service guy isn't as nice as they used to be they just keep telling me to wait. There seems to be a lot of "vets" on here giving good reviews and I'm glad that things went well for you but Napsgear seems to be ripping of a lot of people. Be careful

-1I ordered 6 weeks ago... It has been 5 weeks the order has said "origin post preparing shipment" on the tracking info? Is this normal... I am trying to remain patient, i was told they wous reship if it doesnt show up soon... I hope this all works out

Support just replied to my ticket again, and said please wait 6 weeks for reship, they're experiences delays from Easter. There are several problems with this. It's been 8 weeks since I payed for my order; I ordered and paid before Easter; implies a non Christian countries mail system has been so overwhelmed with water eggs and chocolate bunnies, it has shut their postal infrastructure down for months!! Or they have been so backed up, and have not actually shipped anything, and been providing false updates and tracking numbers!!! Wake up NAPS!
I have used naps for more than 6 years and have placed numerous dozens of orders within that time. I have had both very positive and very negative experiences with them. I have received most of my order in 10-14 days from the point of them updating my order as shipp; in as few as 7; and as delayed as 7 months. I've always accepted them for their word, and understood things slowed down with customs in 2012. They told me they'd reship next week for 7 MONTHS! In 2015, 2 items never updated past china and I stayed patient for 4 months. When I wrote customer service I was written off, because they claimed they reship in 4 weeks, and I was suspect for waiting so long!
I recently placed 2 sizable orders in the first few days of April. I submitted payment within seconds via Bitcoin, and it was accepted right away and shipped a few days later. Two single pieces of my order went through India and were delivered in 2 weeks. No gear has reached my door other than a few pills of viagra.
Both orders despite being shipped days apart, share identical shipping information and have been through a sorting facility in China 7 weeks ago. Again, they share IDENTICAL information despite being shipped 5 Days apart!
Please understand and accept how incredibly suspect this is! Two different orders and different packs, sent nearly a week apart share 100% identical shipping dates And processing times, in the same facilities in China, and nothing beyond that!
I wrote them at the 30 day mark, and was told to wait 35. The. I was told to wait 30 days from the point of being accepted into the sorting facility, then was told to wait for 30 days from it saying it was processed. It was the. 50 days since payment, and was told to remain patient, someone will review the case, it's now been another week and told someone will review it and get back to me!
I have lost all faith, trust and loyalty to Naps!
ENTRUST ANOTHER SOURCE! Stay away!
Note to NapsGear moderator. Please do not reply to my review with a comment about Easter slow down. I ordered weeks before Easter and it's been 8 weeks since my ordered was payed for.

I have ordered every single piece of gear produced by Geneza through the years using them.
All communication is acknowledged within a couple business days, usually 24 goes. However it is normally dismissive, vague, and aimed to placate the situation. It has improved from broken English to more structured and understanding support techs but still gets you no where. Someone else always has to review it, and replies, I've had as many as 6 different people reply to my most recent tickets.
Packaging normally comes layer out flat in a pack and tapped a dozen times around with beige packing tap to conceal and alert you to any tampering.
In the past if you asked for a source I'd direct you immediately to naps. However, i no longer have faith they will uphold their responsibility as a professional and reputable source.
I once trusted GENXXLgear and they took me for thousands on their exit scam.
Accept the negative reviews, cut your loses as I did, and see the red flags and warning signs!
GO ELSEWHERE!! You'll just be another negative review, angry and resentful if you can't accept it.
Very good overall, Have never had any real issues with naps or any of my orders. customer service I received was excellent and got back to me extremely fast. Out of all of my orders I've submitted through naps I have received every one of them without issues.

A+ on customer service and communication. Every time I've reached out to naps they respond within 24 hours and had a few times where they responded within an hour. Best customer service I've ever received and very quick to respond.
Packaging is always great and everything is well protected and discrete. Shipping can be various, living in the US average time to receive my orders is 3-6 weeks and that is from the time I submit my order to the time it is received. Even though time can vary on deliveries I have always received every order I have ever submitted through naps.
overall Great experiences ordering through naps and also know people locally who have had the same experiences. Only real area for improvement that I can see would be more consistent delivery time but with that said customs is out of there control and I have ALWAYS received every single package I have ordered and that's with 10+ orders.
Right, so this is my review for my KILLIT3 promo experience. Just want to recap how cool i thought the whole thing was. So the process was as smooth as it always was, after I sent in my order and gave it a couple of days, the site said that my pack was on its way.

+ 1Hey Napsgear? What about all of us whose payments were made to your company in good faith and who are being given packaged responses on your site over and over and over? Two weeks just to process a payment, and it still says "pymnt in progress", "waiting for approval"? Many of us have confirmation that the payment was processed? What is the hold up? Id much rather receive a straight answer with an accurate expectation of what is happening. This is not in reference to items already shipped or issues with logistics/customs.

I told Naps that I expected my shipment in 3 weeks like THEY state on their website and he responded "Your buying Steroids man". WTF does that mean? I don't really know. Napsgear is the real deal, you have nothing to worry about with ordering from their website. I have been using Napsgear for about 2 years now and never once had an issue. Ive ordered both large and small orders, always came within 2 to 3 weeks time. there is no need to search else where, Napsgear will exceed your expectations. It couldn't be any easier and the stuff WORKS!!!!

Never had I had any issues receiving any products. They were always carefully packaged no matter how big or small my order was. And a huge plus is that they never messed my orders up, I always got exactly what i ordered.
Right now I am currently running 500mg a week of GP test cyp and 80mcg of clen a day. I'm getting rdy for the summer and soon I plan on adding 400mg of tren E a week to this cycle. i can't to start taking the tren, it lives up to its reputation as being one of the most powerful products around.
I hope this helped anyone who ius thinking about ordering from this site. Its been great for me to achieve my fitness goals and its way way cheaper on the site than it is to get anywhere else.

Over the years I've only had to contact them twice. Once because my gear was snatched up in which naps reshipped and I received it. The other time I placed an order and realized I put the wrong thing in my cart when I placed the order. I contacted them immediately, within 24 hours I had a reply, and we fixed the issue. Communication is usually within 24 hours, but usually none is needed! They offer live online support, and have a Q and A with a IFBB pro where you can mostly find anything about a cycle or product if you search for it.
Packaging is very discreet and the best I've seen! My last order was shipped in 3 separate packages. I received the first in 9 days, and received the other 2 by the 3rd and 4th week after it was shipped. From my experience I've always received my gear within 2 weeks!
This is definitely my favorite source and favorite products. GP has always been my go to brand and highly recommend this brand for its purity and quality! However, I am interested in trying their new Pharmacom brand they are now carrying! I will continue to order from naps!
Naps is a scam They do not stand behind their products ordered as they state. If your order seized as mine was TOUGH LUCK!!! They tell you will give you a credit on account but all LIES. They will not even answer the tickets, they just close them with no response. Told me give couple of days to Process and....... 2 months ago and will not respond ! Over $4,000 in product gone. Ordered Test Cyp and arimidex 6 weeks ago from naps and still have not received order. Tracking number has not changed and online help keeps telling me to wait. I personally will not order from here again. There are way better domestic sources and even foreign ones. There are a lot of good reviews for napsgear on here, the first one I just read right below me sounds like a straight up advertisement!!! Be careful I think this place is a scam. They won't even let me rate them because I don't have enough "respect", imagine amazon working that way. lol
