Need adex dosing help! Gurus wanted!

I'm 4 weeks into a test e cycle running 500 mgs a week. I am using pharma adex at .25 mgs every day. The past couple of weeks my sex drive has been not there, my joints are hurting, like knees and fingers, very very obsessive( I do have OCD but this is way worst) wet itchy scalp and no indentations in my sock line so I'm not holding water. I'm fairly certain my e2 is low but I'm wondering what dose I should try. .25mg eod? What is the general dose for a test 500 mg cycle or a mild cycle? .25 ed? .25 eod? .25 e3d? Like what's the norm in most people for a mild cycle, I am gyno prone I have had surgery before. But surely there is a general number that people go with on a mild cycle

I'm not a med professional and I am only about to start my fourth cycle, but I have had success running 0.25mg adex every 3rd day, pretty much the two days I pin on and enanthate cycle, but that is just my body, everybody is different. You are undoubtedly overdosing your adex, especially with just 2 x 250 test e per week. Great question though...AI's are difficult to get accustomed to. For me, it has been research, research, then trial and error based on that research, not trial and error based on my own thoughts because my own thoughts usually tell me that more is better. Listen to these guys, stop the AI for a bit, get bloods, research aromasin...it doesn't have as much of a "suicide" effect. Good luck bro.

Bloodwork for the ai dose as it is user dependent, and if I had gyno surgery and were gyno prone, I would never run a test cycle without a low dose of nolva for added protection....just my .02
Low e2. STOP taking AI. Let e2 build back up then .5 every 3 days.
Is that the standard dose? For a mild cycle?

TheIncredibleHulkWhoah bra, I'm no doctor, but what your symptoms tell me is that you are way overdosing your Adex.
Now, since I am unaware of your experience, age, skill level, gear history, nutrition , nor pre-gear bloods. I can only comment on what you have stated.
Surgery from past gyno? Did they remove the gland entirely? From what you state you need to be serious about your Ai . So forget Adex all together. Switch instead to Aromasin. Adex is a estrogen blocker, Aromasin is an estrogen killer. It sounds to me like you need the latter at a more responsible dosage.
Personally I think you may be a little confused also. As Aromasin comes in .25 mg tabs while Adex is standard 1 mg . Are you sure of what you are taking?
500mgs of test is for most , very mild dosing so you should run your AI accordingly as well, very mild. First, I would drop your Adex waaay down. I have had success running 1/2 tab .5 mg every 3 days. For such a mild cycle I would never run more than 1 tab of .1 mg every three days. Bottom line, if you ever feel your estrogen is getting crushed to the point of constant negative sides. Then just STOP what you are doing! You can always pick back up with your blockers later on in the run albeit with experience and hopefully by then more education on the subject. Keep it simple stupid is the only way to fly.
It's adex. I split the tabs into 4ths. And no they unfortunately didn't remove the whole gland, only majority of it. And what's a general dose to run then?

I cannot believe it never occurred to him to simply STOP taking AI"s all together in order to let his body rebound. It is really mind boggling that he identified his symptoms as crushes estrogen yet it never occurred to him to stop taking ai's until his levels rebounded. Ah, if only common sense were common...

Repost about your progress when you are 4 weeks off not 4 days. It really isn't that hard. Stop taking Adex. Problem solved. When you need an Ai again, listen to your body as it will tell you when to start up with MINIMAL dosing. Not rocket science bro. Not even close.

RustyhookerBloods really are needed to ease your mind. Sensitive possibly. Prohormones gave me a tiny bump long time ago. Was the ph garbage that bit me.

Take a second to review doses fo a second. And yes, some guys conversion is huge. If you're really that sensitive, I'd find a new hobby. Not being mean but crashing estro is hard on your heart. Hardening of arteries plus all the sympoms you got.
Doses as typical
.25e3d..... 0.5 a week
If issues rise
.25 eod .... 1.0 per week
Or
.5e3d... 1.0 per week given half life
.25ed ...... 1.75 a week
.50ed ...... 3.5 a week
Can you see where im going with this? Look at the changes in dose for weekly. Small ass dose because its strong stuff. Half life is bout 3 days if i remember correct.
But its a huge difference between 0.5 and 3.5 im medical chemistry
.25 eod worked perfect for me in the past on 500mg/week test, but we all different. Back it down a bit and see if symptoms improve. Get bloodwork after couple weeks to check.
When you had gyno in the past was it during the steroid cycle? Do you have any experience with dosing an aromatase inhibitor on previous Cycles?
It was actually from a cycle of prohoromones that had three compounds in it and it just got worst and worst it was before I knew anything really
Most guys end up guessing what there AI needs are until they get mid-cycle blood work done. Since you have a few more weeks until you are mid cycle you need to go by feel. .25 milligrams per day would have me with low estrogen and low sex drive. On a typical cycle of just test I would use .25 mg every three days.
Ya I'm just trying to find out with the recommended dose is for a mild cycle and yes I've used ais on previous cycles but this is my first real run with good adex, before on 600 test and 600 npp I used .5 ed but it was research grade. I can feel my estrogen is really really low cause my joints hurt and my scalp is super itchy and skin is dry not oily at all

Adex reduces estrogen by 70% what you are more then likely experiencing is an allergic reaction to adex. Too much causes all those symptoms you described. I bet a million dollars when you get your bloods drawn it will show low normal.
What's the recommend average dose for a mild cycle like 500 mg test? I feel like shit, skin is dry, joints hurt, zero sex drive, sleep the whole day. No gym motivation
Blood test is the average dose, why I say that is because maybe your test is bunk, or maybe the adex is bunk. My average dose is the same as yours and have none of those sides you describe. Some take it eod some e3d. You dont know until you take it for a week and draw bloods. Unless you want to ASSume your low then drop it all together for a week and see if you feel better.
Well I already stopped taking today's dose so what should I do? Run .25 eod see if I feel better and run bloods?
