My 3th bulk has started for 2 weeks now , going to work up to +3000 ckal! Lets see what happens this time. My last 2 bulks were fine but it was a try out,now I know how my body reacts on different food and training.
I say F you summer ,Im gaining and enjoying bbqs and ice cream this time!

Well here's the thing. Women look better than men after a dirty bulk. A lot better. That's why we're not doing it.
Must be nice to bulk on 3,000 kcals too. I'm cutting on more than that :(

Actually its a clean bulk. But i dont Mind change my chicken for bbq beef and have a ice cream in stead of post workout once in a while .
I didnt know woman look better after a dirty bulk. Im too scared to try it lol. Plus I like beeing still healthy.
Must be a lot of food! Do you have problems eating enough protein?
I did until I became best friends with chicken, eggs, egg whites, and tuna. I have problems eating the same bland foods several times a day every single day but oh well. This is the life we choose.
