+ 19 Been a while ...
Here's a quick update for my eroids family. Won't keep this pic up for long for security purposes.
My left labrum is still torn which really limits any progress I can make on building my chest and anterior delts. Regardless, I'm still training daily. Modifying as best I can. Even with the injury, I feel great.
I've been experimenting with my diet, and I gave up meat for 3 months just to see if I could do it. I know what you're all thinking... "blasphemy!" Well I have to tell you, I still get plenty of protein from whole eggs, egg whites, beans, legumes, and veggies. About 1g/lb of LBM. My bloodwork has improved, as well as my BP, and I feel way better (more energy) than I ever have before. I recently reintroduced fish into my diet (mostly sushi, and only when I go out to eat), but I still don't buy meat at all for prepping meals at home.
Wishing everyone well. Don't ever let anything get in between you and your goals!

I am very impressed with your improvement swithch87x.I have been hearing nothing but good things about the gear from primos, it sounds like they really helped you get you were you want to be.I've had a little bit of bad luck ordering from a scam source.i would really like to find a trustworthy and reliable source.I was wondering if you could help me get access to this source. Thanks switch87k and keep up the good work.
Lean! +1 brother. you have your diet dialed in. If not eating meat for you is working, keep rocking that! Listen to your body, not goal hijackers. Cheers! -ZeusM

Delts nice and round, biceps good and tight waist. Tat is bad a$$ +
It's always interesting to see others perspectives of you, I've always thought my biceps were one of my most lagging body parts. Thank you
++s for the progress and bad ass tatt
Hail, much appreciated thank you bro
Solid and balanced build bro! At the ink is bad ass. + for the dedication even with an injury. Good shit my man
Thanks bro
Look great bro, what was your major reason for dropping meat? Something specific in your bloodwork or just feeling a lack of energy? I've been thinking of experimenting w something along the same lines. +
Check out the book "Proteinaholic" by Garth Davis, MD. He's a cardiovascular surgeon. A lot of good insights and legit research in there. You'll see.
I also don't personally believe in the meat industry. It's one thing to go out and kill your food for survival. But what we do as a culture, raising animals just for slaughter, and in the conditions that we do, I simply don't want to support or be a part of that.
Lookin swole buddy, it's tough to train around injuries but it looks like you're managing well
You're telling me bro, injury prone over here unfortunately. Never giving up though
