+ 7 Lab update last push before prep
Had been running PharmaQo Test Mix 400 (100 E/100 C/200 D) 0.5ml Sun/Tue/Thu/Sat (total 800mg) alongside GK Mast E 200 0.5ml same days (total 400mg) weekly for 8ish weeks before getting these labs done. No AI. No SERMs.
Iron Lion grey tops 3.33iu daily (haven’t run growth in a few years).
Didn’t like my cholesterol ratio repeated from my last labs so I added Rosuvastatin 10mg MWF (doc prescribed) which significantly helped the ratio by lowering LDL. HDL always runs low but this is better from prior lab.
As soon as I got these labs done I pulled mast and dropped test to 400mg for the month of March. Give my body a little Androgen break before prep compounds start. BP has been well controlled and I’m very happy with the numbers overall. LFTs are not always slightly Elevated but generally so. This is almost double what they normally are but I trained hard the day before and not concerned.
Will continue Test at 400mg throughout the prep and add Mast back in one week at 600mg (highest I’ve run it during prep- in the past it’s been 300-400/week). I’ve already started daily
Steps and calorie cut. Down from 212lbs to 202lbs with just that over the last 5 weeks. Will add in Anavar 25mg for 4 weeks at 8 weeks out and then Switch to Winstrol 25mg for last 4 weeks. Growth is going up to 2iu twice daily. Not sure if I will add any tren in or not just depends on how I look 6 weeks out but I’d love to avoid it. Hate the insomnia and night sweats I get even at a low dose <150mg/week.
It’s my last hoo-rah for a while. God had other plans and we have my kid due early this fall. Time to buckle down and really focus on family/business. Hoping to maintain training just 3 days a week after this and get back some more athletic roots with powerlifting, cardio, ballistic movements, grappling.
Prep pics to come eventually. I hate how I look currently. It will all come together I’m sure I just lost quite a bit more size in my legs than I realized over the last two years with my period

Nice congrats. Yeah my girl got pregnant when i was at the end of my first blast in awhile i didn't slow down yet tho. So that was pretty crazy. My nuts were like peanuts but apparently they still worked. Lmao.
Anyhow things didn't go well with that we think due age she is 39. It was rough anyway. Her period is regulated now she was taking clomid. That happen in sept. So now we think she Def ready to conceive but my nuts are tiny again. Lmao and i was hoping i could just pump some hcg, take clomid and not have to stop.

Baby girl. Had genetic testing done due to Jewish ancestry on both our sides. She was positive for a few things but I was negative for all. So we’re good. Anatomy scan in a few weeks!
Its funny as I can see this happening even though you should be shut down - when I have been running high Test and NPP recently I honestly felt horny as hell all the damn time and it literally felt as if my own balls were producing sperm again!! Looked a lot healthier too and normal compared to when I am adding in other things. We've seen countless members have children whilst on cycle on here in all honesty, Trenbolone babies and the lot!! Even crazier I had a semen analysis done almost a year ago that showed I was shut down. <5mil sperm count. On just my TRT.
I do know she’s mine though. Gods will I guess.

Great IGF-1 score on that HGH dose. Tell me mate as this is something I have been looking into lately, when you have a high IGF-1 score like that does it help tendon healing and recovery just in general training in areas like the shoulders/hams/glutes? Do your tendons still stiffen up or do they feel better and more elastic/supple?
I ask as I have realised DBol works so well in this area because it increases oestrogen which in turn increases collagen synthesis and regeneration, and it also increases IGF-1, so I am wondering if I start using IGF-1 peptides whether this will have the same effect

If he's drop the test trust me he's lose easily 50-60% of the total IGF-1 ;-)
It's why that's better to know the value of IGF-1 with only test / AAS and after that's add rHGH > and you know ~ +/- ~ how work the GH for you.

You've really seen running Test make that much difference alone to IGF-1 levels?
So I guess we have 3/4 levels members need to test then to see the differences from HGH - their natty IGF-1, With Test added at TRT/Cycle level and then with Test & HGH.
Yes Sir without TRT around 80 with TRT around 210 and if i add 10mg mk677 daily for 2 week 401 (•ө•)♡
It's why it's better to know the value with test / AAS single and after that see how the GH work.

Hey brother. With all my experience, hands on, and clinically with others, I can’t say IGF-1 serum level correlates with faster recovery.
I have seen literature (irrespective of serum levels) that exogenous GH use during injury can improve healing time however that’s more dermal and muscular; when it comes to tendon/bone interface or musculotendinous junction GH use can lay down the wrong types of Collagen in an irregular matrix and possibly increases rate of re-injury.
Personally my tendons feel stiff, always. And it’s only regular stretching/routine bodywork that really helps with that. I have some acute on chronic patellar tendinitis on the left knee (knee that I did not rupture) that always hurts when I load heavy. And I can’t say I recover any faster. Recovery for me is purely based on volume/load during training. I stick with moderate/heavy weights with rep ranges 6-10. 6-8 sets per muscle group on training days (I hit everything twice a week) and no more than 12-16 total sets in general for any muscle group across the week.
Testosterone and estrogen replacement (men or women) has been shown to
Improve IGF-1 levels naturally. Which seems to correlate the most to the goals you’re looking for. But not exogenous use, unfortunately, that I know of.
Thanks for the response buddy, thats interesting that you say that on the IGF-1 front. So what if anything do you think having a higher IGF-1 level from the HGH improves if anything? Do you feel there is definite improvement in elasticity and stiffness if you do some stretching after training then? Not really sure what I could do for shoulders on that front.
Its a bugger really, as obviously this is a key area that becomes more of a problem as we get older. I find its the area that always holds me back in getting my training frequency up - the muscle heals fine but the tendons take longer and with there being less and less collagen & water present as we age it feels like I'm fighting a losing battle lol

Dynamic movement/stretch before training and static after. I can’t recommend body work enough.
