If want max fat loss you can fast 3-6 hours after shot , but this is waste of gh , you can lose fat by simply eating less calories

the packages we sent on 22th, still not updated, it happens once or twice per month, but they always landed safely at last, just delayed. we contacted the post office many times, and they confirmed that all packages r already in NYC, just because there r too many packages to NYC, so the post office of USA dont have capacity to accept all, thats why it happens from time to time, sorry for the delay.

Anyone notice their orders getting held up longer than usual? I'm still in the grace period, so no complaints, but I usually would have it by now. It's only day 5 by the way, but it hasn't even left the origin country yet.

I was planning on 4 weeks 1 iu in the morning. 5 on 2 off schedule. Then increasing to 2iu split dosed in the second month and so on until I hit about 4iu. What you think?

start at 2iu for you, dont waste your time/pins splitting the dose, split your dose if its MORE THAN 4iu a day

So then what is the point of split dosing? I'm curious. It seems to be a mixed consensus. I understand gh has a short half life and converts via liver to igf, but what is the "half life" of this total igf value? If it's split dosed what would the disadvantages be over a single injection? At what point does split become necessary?

Some people choose to split the dose to counter the sides. Also gh has a very short half life so some believe it is better to keep it going through your system but split dosing. Might be bro science but I prefer to split. The lethary and numbness can be brutal when you first start. Try a few different things and see what works best for you.
