1. since 2 years, not even one client complain that he didn't get the package. if its lost, i always reship. but when the pack is just delayed, then i reshipped, so the clients got 2 packages. my experience, 80% clients got 2 packages,but didn't send me back one pack, or even didn't wanna pay half price of the pack. in this case, i lose much money coz i have little profit. that's why i can't reship the pack when they r just delayed, not considered as seizure of the customs. no offence to u, i just talking about the general.

2. back to your case. all the packages sent on 20th and 22th didn't update the status. all, not only your package. i think they were forgotten in some corner or bad organised. it happens from time to time,once or twice per month,and they landed safely at last, so i know it very well. even before some clients complained it here, it was same situation. and i contacted chinese post and USPS about this kind of case, they never gave me the reason and never improved this, still happens sometimes. as my experience for 2 years, i know it would land safely, but no one could believe me. so even u asked me everyday, it should be the same answer, and its totally out of my control.

3. all the pack sent on 20th finally landed in NYC today, so hope those sent on 22th would land soon. i PM u the trackers of the pack sent on 20th, so u will see im not lying.
