+ 8 Muscle repair and Growth

ad

So you want to grow?
Hormones and growth factor just may be for you.

I'll be updating this post I just wanted to get a start

Tissue Sensitized = Androgens,IGF-1,Insulin,,MGF
Tissue Expression = IGF-1,IL-1,IL-6,TNF,FGF,HGF

Some of those above may be common to you however some may not be. So here's a beak down.

MGF= Mechano Growth Factor it's a variant of insulin like growth factor 1. It's produced during alternate splicing sequence of the igf. It's regulated in muscle tissue to stretch stimulus.

FGF= In the family of growth factors it has nine different ISO forms FGF-1 - FGF-9. This is used in satellite cells serving to expand the population. FGF's also play a role in cell differentiation.

IL1,IL-6,TNF = Immunomodulatory compounds. They stimulate the migration of lymphocytes,neutrophils,monocytes/ "healing cells" they remove damaged cells regulating cell inflammatory.

IGF-2= The second igf that takes part of proliferation of satellite cells. This doesn't increase in reponse to training it's role is to proliferation only.

Estrogens yes estrogen= Estrogens play a minor roll in the anabolic process. They increase androgen receptors density in certain tissue. It's stimulates GH,IGf-1 for tissue growth and repair. Yes you have to always keep your levels in check. This is why we always need to get bloods.

HGF= It's a binding GF it is on the outer part of injured cells. I'll make this short. HGF moves to the injured parts of cells and releases to add nutrients and hormone to the areas.

There is one more that I can't talk about in the open and is only used for very experience users. I didn't add HGH or other igf compounds. Everything listed is for muscle damage.I wanted to open up something different for us to chat about.

This should get good...

So the big question is what compounds, training stimulus, etc maximizes all of this?
