So im thinking of doing a tren ace test cyp cycle could use some advice

My ultimate goal is to gain lean muscle and get my strength upim 5'8 185 lbs not sure of my bf% although i know its to much lol i was thinking 1:1 eod any advice on keeping my gains and pct i know its only 400 mg of each a week but im open to opinions on stacks or whatever information and advice

I'm going to be completely honest here without being a dick.
We have similar stats and if your picture is recent, we have a similar build. The problem with that is I just recently got back in the gym after a 2 year break. That tells me your training and diet suck like mine did. No amount of steroids will ever change that. Sure you can run whatever cycle, for however long, but you will lose it all as soon as you come off. Get serious about your training and then maybe think about a test only cycle. I truly wish you the best of luck and hope you reach your goals.

I have even tried var 10/day to get off the couch. Found out the expensive way that what I really needed was to dedicate myself to consistently working out and eat right.. for more than a couple weeks! I put together my own gym in my house, with squat rack of course, and hit it 6 days a week. Been consistent for almost 2 years, and I'm just now putting together a cycle. Test, provi, dbol... but that's for a different thread.
My point is tren is for dudes that have OBVIOUSLY used up EVERYTHING ELSE out there.
That's what I'm talking about man, honesty without the being a dick about it +1 I try to do the same, sometimes the question asked is just too ridiculous to hold back, but this guy seems to be receptive to what has been said

I have ran this cycle before i just dont feel i had the proper guidance at the time for example i wasn informed of pct i had to read up on it myself after speaking with someone more experienced if that makes sense they told me i could be guided in a better direction and get some advice on here im 30 now i was 25 at the time so id like to get back on it.As far as my bf% i should have been more specific i feel its more than id like.

So, you weigh 185 and admit your body fat is "too much." So..... why do you think you're an eligible person to actually require or need an anabolic as strong as tren?
Gymjunkie01 is right on the money. Diet is the most important piece, Also,what experience with anabolic compounds do you have, if any?? You have not mentioned past cycles.
The best thing you could do is dial in your diet and hit the gym harder .. there is no reason you need tren .. learn to eat and train first. Hope you don't take this as a smart ass reply and take it as useful information . There are plenty on threads and guys on here that can get you on the right path. Start in the nutrition and exercise forums
