Just this last Sunday I went golfing, moved a desk for a friend and went to the gym. Come Sunday around 6pm I had to call the ambulance thinking I was having a heart attack but once I got to the hospital and have sat there for a couple hours they found out I had ruptured my spleen I had over 2 pints of blood in my stomach and could barely breath and had to be transported to a bigger hospital. Once I got to the new hospital my blood bp was 57 over 43 they had to immediately take out my spleen and I have never been in more pain in my life I'm still going to be here for a couple more days so for anyone feeling dizziness and shortness of breath it's not always a heart attack and is a very serious thing they have literally only let me eat ice in small portions no joking around guys I didn't even lift big that Sunday and no one knows how it happened
