Old Gear

ad

i have some test-400 suspended in GSO, its expiration date is 2015. Is it completely garbage now or can it still be used? only reason i would even use it, is im waiting for an order to come in and i always let myself get so low before i re order lol

I tell this story often. I had some AAS tested that was 5 yrs past expire and it was still 100% label strength. Proper storage is the key.

Thanks for letting us know.

If it has been stored properly, without the possibly of cross-contamination beyond your control, it should be fine. However a good rule is, when in doubt, chuck it out. Messing up your body, possibly seriously, isn't worth a 60$ bottle of test.

If you were really concerned about sterility you could refilter, and bake it. However, with the costs and general availability of gear these days why take the chance?

As long as it was stored properly I would be fine using it. I have used expired gear and it worked just fine. Who knows if you can actually trust those expiry dates on UGL anyway. A lot of them print off thousands of labels at a time and the labels could be old but the gear is new. They are just using up the old labels.

yeah it has a b.s label on it anyway so that might be the case, thanks bruh

as long as its been stored inside at a constant temp or 72-85 degrees it should be perfectly fine

Good to know, I had the same question as I've held on to some unused TE for about 20 months & just started back. I knew the answer would be here. Thanks

okay cool, thanks bro

I wouldn't risk it, personally. My biggest concern would be sterility. Not worth the risk....
