Little advice please
Hello,
I have started back in the gym recently and i am looking to lose about 6 stone as well as tone up, i have been told to use the weight loss cycle on this web site, trouble is i may sometimes get drug tested for work so dont want to use anything that can show up on that, i understand diet is a big part and i have got that under control eating plenty protein and less carbs etc but just want something to get that extra push, lads at work say use HGH or clen etc but not sure if any of them will be good for me.
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, i am giving myself about 6 to 8 month to try and reach my goal, when i stick to it 100% i lose 4lb a week no problem as i go to gym every day plus swim and sauna every other day etc.

ThelongroadDiet is gone to be the most important thing to hit your goals. Set weekly goals when looking to lose I would do two a days cardio in the morning and weight training later in the day. Six small meals.

bigmurphDo fasted cardio it helped me cut alot of weight without any compounds.

bigmurphFirst thing as soon as you wake up do a 30 min cardio session. I ride a stationary bike. I really believe that this helped me alot I've cut almost 60lbs in a yr and a half also read everything makwa has ever written that will help also
