Always On

Hello EROIDS members! I decided to join because all of my sources are thanks to the reviews from this site.

Thanks to a tumor, I no longer have a pituitary. I received my first prescription of Testosterone in 2009, my Testosterone levels were zero at that time and probably had been for 8 years. I weighed 295lbs, and I was nearly dead. My current prescription is hCG 5000IU every 3 days and 250mg Testosterone Enanthate per week. However, I normally run a 700mg mix of Testosterone, Drostanolone, Nadralone per week with hCG 5000IU every 3 days and 4IU of HGH a day.

I am now 44 years old, 6'2", 220lbs with 6% body fat.

Since I will be on gear continously for the rest of my life, I am interested in hearing from others that plan to be on gear continously for life, too.

Could be a conscience but a lot of what you did to describe yourself sounds similar to the killer in the book red dragon. Self actualization tattoo and all.

He actually knows. Regardless, I watch my levels during my lab test time, so it doesn't become a matter of record.

twistedsister's picture

5000 iu is a lot high doses of hcg can lead to desensitization or perhaps even actual damage of the Leydig cells... its a topic many Drs would have varying opinions on but average doses seem to not go above 1000 units a week. At 5000 iu you must be on some AI as well ?
Your test dosage seems in the higher end as well what are your levels at this dose out of curiosity?

DragonDog's picture

If you have studies, I would like to read them. Regardless, I am on it. My Testosterone levels were probably about 700 on that dosage. On 250mg of Nebido per week, I only tested around 300 or 400. I actually tested around 1400 once, but I was taking 375mg Enanthate at that time.

twistedsister's picture

Your Dr is digging you a early grave if you were prescribed 375mg a week of test that's not a Dr... and nebido is not taken weekly that's not the purpose of undeconate.
Here's some studies listed at the bottom and summarised in the article

He did not prescribe that amount. He is just aware that I am taking a lot. Undecanoate and my high metabolic clearance rate did not mix well. At the time before this endocrinologist I was prescribed 1000mg of Nebido per month. I choose to break it up into 1ml per week rather than one 4ml shot per month. Originally, I was prescribed one shot of Nebido every three months. The problem, I had cleared it within 2 weeks and I was left with high estradiol for the remaining 10 weeks. It caused heart failure. I was finally allowed the maximum Nebido of a 1000mg per month. Regardless, at 250mg per week, I was below low normal in 5 days, hence I was put Enanthate. I am aware of the risks, and I take every countermeasure I know. To be functional I require a lot. There are worse things than death. I have reversed the enlargement of the heart, and my VO2 max is now one level below a pro athlete. After I recovered, my cardiologists said they thought I was going to die, and it was incredible that my heart shows no signs of having been enlarged and at 27% ejection fraction.

It smells like a troll. You had a tumor and using HGH? HCG dose? Running nandrolones and mast non stop? Di you know the consequences of that? Not to mention a 44 year old men calling himself DragonDog? And that sentence about you? I don't buy it

DragonDog's picture

I have no pituitary, so I have no HPTA to shutdown. I also appear incapable of making progesterone probably due to adrenal insufficiency. Also, the hypogonadotropic hypogonadism has stopped the normal process of my bones leaching calcium, so I have no signs of osteoporosis even with taking 40mg of Hydrocortisone daily. I am self actualized through Carl Jung's psychodynamic theory. Dragon was taken, so I like dogs, too. God spelt backwards is dog. Finally, I do what I will whenever I can.

BigThing's picture

I was not talking about shutdown, that is not the only problem you can run into when running these drugs 365 days a week such as prostate, heart enlargement, lipids, kidneys just to name a few so I think you would be better off with just cycling and cruising if that is the path you chose and sorry for calling you a troll if you are not but we are swarm everyday with unbelievable posts from trolls and youngsters. I hope you know what you are doing just be safe my man.

DragonDog's picture

Trying to stay alive for along as possible. I don't know if I will get another day or a couple decades. I will take what I get. I had forgotten about the kidney issues. I take blood pressure medicines because I have to anyways. I also drink at least a gallon of water everyday, too. No alcohol, either. I appreciate the heads up. I know the risks, and accepted them.

We had a member here who had bad health, lost his pituitary to cancer and was on thyroid meds. Doctor told him he had a few years to live. We watched him take every steroid you could and stayed on high doses of test. After a year he was no longer with us. He said his doctor monitored him too. He was taking 300 a week of test and every couple weeks he would try something else, i.e tren, mast, primo, deca, npp, you name it. He was very active in 2 si's where they could care less what he was doing as long as he spent his money. Moral of the story is just because you THINK what you re doing is safe and you SAY you have a doctor monitoring it does not automatically make it smart for longevity.

DragonDog's picture

It fine, I am very cynical and skeptical, too. I am tracking the prostate, lipids and heart enlargement aspect. We all will face issues with our heart down the road due to the gear. I saw a study that showed every steroid user had irregular EKGs due to enlargement of 1/4 of the heart. What kidney issues arise from the gear? I am always looking for ways to keep taking, but diminish the sides as much as possible.

DragonDog's picture

Not a troll. I had an adenoma. It died, and crushed my pituitary flat. It was an extremely rare situation.

Agree with PPGfreak about hCG! I've seen studies that you could present to your doc that are easily researched on line, indicating effective hCG administration at 250iu per week, which revealed positive changes in men and women's lipid profile. Just a heads up, bro! Any plan to for doc to decrease dose and frequency of hCG?

Welcome to Eroids....glad you're here.. Smile

DragonDog's picture

Thanks for the welcome. When you say positive changes do you mean increases to both HDL and LDL? I know I took a hit on my HDL when I first went to 375mg Testosterone a week. I went from about 80 to 65. I am interested to see on my labs what the fish oil does.

MedDx's picture

Cholesterol decreased from 346 to 195 in 5 months at 250iu/wk. It's online somewhere. Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, VLDL all were in range.

I donated a unit recently, and noticed my cholesterol was up to 208 from 198, so I'm at 5g of Fish Oil, now.

DragonDog's picture

Tracking, I eliminated almost all added sugars and eat no more than 200 grams of carbs per day. My total cholesterol is something around 130 or 140. If the hCG is helping, I was unaware. I will check that out.

MedDx's picture

Please check that out and let me know, bro Smile

DragonDog's picture

I found one study on NCBI that said it did have positive affects on lipids. I wouldn't have it any other way.

MedDx's picture

Good job, bro.. Smile

PPGfreak's picture

I always had good luck with 250 x 2 pw (500 total). 5,000 sounds crazy lol

Hey I hear ya...I've been using it at 250 - 500iu/wk for less than a month. I like the 500iu every 5 days. After a couple of hours after an injection, yesterday, I had a 137/70 blood pressure. I'm usually higher, even with 10-20mg Lisinopril. I've been getting some good results with it, though, and i need it!! Smile

DragonDog's picture

3 days is optimal because HCG half life is 24-36 hours. I was unaware on effects on blood pressure. I take 4 meds for my blood pressure. If death is knocking, I am gonna be rocking.

PPGfreak's picture

I want to see a picture. Also, 5000iu of hcg is ridiculous lol

My first endo doc gave me no hCG and had me on Nebido. I ended up with heart failure. 6 years later, I saw a new endocrinologist and he pinned me on my first visit with 5000IU of hCG. It transformed me in 24 hours, and my life returned to me. I have been taking that much for last year. I added 2,000mg of fish oil twice a day to deal with the decreased HDL.

PPGfreak's picture

Interesting, I'll have to research this. That dose is new to me

I agree it is very high based on everything I have ever read. Nonetheless, my doc actually seems to care about my wellbeing. Plus, I had been shut down for many years.

MedDx's picture

X2 on the pic...74", 220 lbs at 6%...I hope he is tan and has awesome definition....I'm looking for major motivation here...lmao...:)

DragonDog's picture

I would be very identifiable. I have a very large tattoo covering about a 1/4 of my body. I am built for fighting, but I don't mind the attention from the ladies my shredded arms earn me.

Makwa's picture

Hah! Good one! You are doing a pretty good job of stringing everybody along though, I have to give you credit for that.

twistedsister's picture

Hahaha my thoughts exactly...
If that protocol is Dr prescribed I'd be very surprised 5000 iu every 3 days totalling 10,000 iu hcg a week lol

DragonDog's picture

Actually, I am taking 15,000 per week right now. I am trying to get my wife pregnant, so no Testosterone. HMG and HCG each 3 times a week. My third week on that protocol. Without gear my natural levels are zero, so it sucks right now.

Makwa's picture

He caught alot of fish along the way and I was almost one of them until I read the classic "I can't post a pic blah blah blah"

PPGfreak's picture

I have a chest pierce that I can't show because it would not be appropriate to some. So it's possible that he's real, but I agree that it's extremely unlikely.

So can we get a fitted/compression under armor shirt selfie with a Post-it on it saying your name? He can do that regardless of a tattoo or not.

Need simple instructions on how to post pics, so I can get all these flies off me. I will also post my body fat chart from the BOD POD analysis I did in July.

It says I need to link it to a valid post.

DragonDog's picture

I did. It gave me something about linking to a conversation, and that the one I wrote in does not exist.

Repeat.
