luckily for me my order went through smoothly without issue because we all know fast communication isnt one of naps strong points. they are helpful once they do get back to you but you have to be patient.
took about 2.5 weeks to recieve pack from date of order. everything arrived as it should in one piece.
i have already used naps many of times having both success and satisfaction so i will continue to use them for my future cycle needs.
In my search after a reliable lab for trenbolone, I decided to try out Geneza and found Napsgear as a distributor of them. Actually, I wanted to have Tren A for only a short 2-months cut for a holliday, but ended up buying Tren E, because it was 50% discounted as product of the week.
Summarized, the GP Tren E worked good, kept my weight, dropped several % to sub 10% BF (likely 8%), this despite the too short time it had to work.

The communication was good, i did send a few messages as it seemed my order status did not change, however they replied quickly and the situation was solved.
Was packed tight, simply impossible to tell what was in there. Payment was made and package was on its way fast (the status did not change) but this was false, as i received the package 7 days (to Europe) after payment. perfect
NAPS is the best international source I've dealt with hands down. I know there are other great sources but this one has been consistent and in all the righ ways.

-2BEWARE: NAPS IS DEMANDING WESTERN UNION CUSTOMER RECEIPTS TO COLLECT WU MONEY AND THEN DOESNT PICK THE MONEY UP.
I've been a steady Naps customer since 2014. Zero issues until 2 weeks ago. Two weeks ago, I placed a good sized order, and oddly received no notice of WU pickup after a week of waiting. So I emailed Naps help, where they asked for my "WU receipt." Yeah...they're asking for receipts. We aren't talking about the basics like MTCN and supplier's name for pickup - they're demanding the ENTIRE WU RECEIPT. I gave it to them, perhaps stupidly, and the help desk said they would not be picking themoney up. I asked why, they kept saying they wouldn't pick it up and to get a refund from WU. So, they didn't pick up, didn't tell me they weren't picking it up, and when I asked after a week what was up, they asked for a receipt only to then tell me they weren't picking my money up.
Then, they offered a 20% off next order and told me the 20% wouldn't be applied to bulk, or any specials....so, I guess I get no apology. This was some shady shit if I've ever seen it - there is very sensitive data showing on the WU receipt, very beneficial for law enforcement. Nobody should be asking for your receipt only to then reject your money waiting at WU.
Naps has immediately become too sketchy for me to ever trust them again.

Support told me to go get a WU refund. What? Then, support offered a 20% off, which I couldn't use because my order had included special items. So, they really didn't offer any.
I've never had Naps not pick up an order. Now, they not only refused to pick it up but REALLY didn't want to after I emailed their support team, after providing my paid receipt.
