Hey ugfreak I placed an order on September 9 the package Never arrived been trying on the site to get this resolved still no response placed an order with you guys because heard many good things about you guys from my friends
Hi buddy... Are you sure you're writing a ticket through the website, and not replying the service mails?
When service mails are replied, we will not receive them. You have to write on the actual website..

You get a tracking number?
Doesn't seem like to many did yet I think I seen a couple.
I did receive a tracking number and it is beginning to move. Thinking should be here in about week and a half to two weeks.
Should be 4-15 days from when we sent the tracking number.. Only the scan updates should be late, not the package hopefully
I like your answer even better than what I was thinking, that could have package landing by end of next week. I look forward to trying out Para.
