Are air bubbles entering the vial when drawing?
Curious why you say that?
I'm probably being stupid but doesn't it happen anyway due to displacement? Otherwise once you reached the bottom of a vial you would basically have created a cylindrical vacuum wouldn't you? I think the bubbles are probably higher in carbon dioxide than regular air... not considered it before as a potential issue, only if air was coming in around where the stopper should be creating a seal...
Yes I wasn't sure where PEZ was gng with that, I never shoot air in my vials I always draw a little then push the vacuum bk in , you don't want to much air pressure in vial, I'll even put a needle in it to relieve excess pressure, my vials stay up right but if laying on its side "for some strange reason " and excessive air in bottle and crimps that's not to tight could cause leakage. We on same page brother.....
It's just a weird personal thing I have. Yes, everyone pushes air into the vial, but when air is entering the vial through the seal and stopper, without me being the one to manipulate it, I get grossed out.
Just opened it brother. Had no plans of using gear til Spring. Will draw one cc twice per week to and add sus 350 to current cycle.
Thank you very much for sharing this buddy! Appreciate it a lot.
This backs up what we're saying, that not all vials are lose. Therefore we won't replace every single vial either, but those that spills oil when top comes off obviously. Thanks for sharing
That makes sense but I think the issue for some is say we placed a large order for the stash and future needs. (I did check them and every single one is very lose). Obviously, we can't go and pull the tops off every single bottle and I can't imagine a year or two from now you will still be wanting to deal with this issue nor would I feel comfortable waiting two years or so for resolution.
I'd suggest reviewing and settling each order on a case by case basis as I suggested to you in my last PM.
Rosser01Hey bro did you get my pm
I did get it bro, it came today. My T/A for replies is up to 24 hours
Okay, as people can see, we ourselves addressed the situation of the loose tops.
To sum it up:
Those of you who have received really bad one vials (the tops).. IF you loose the oil, we will replace the whole vial that got wasted.. As I've stated many times, you are ALWAYS in safe hands with UGF.
We will NEVER ever want people to lose anything with UGF. You will not find any one more stand up, it's guaranteed and proven, with all due respect to all sponsors of course.. We want all of our customers to be happy with us.
Some would like to escalate this, others (actually most) addressed this in beautiful way through communication and pictures. It's much appreciated and that's how it's supposed to be.
We've been in this game for over a decade and we've experienced tons of customers.
If we ask for a picture to understand the situation, there should be no problem sending it...
But also we need the pictures as a proof. We have to see the loss because we can easily be screwed over. Eroids backs this up which is why pictures are requested.. And I*m sure the whole eroids community respects how things are done on eroids instead of dodging the principles...
We are suspecting none and but when there are problems, proving it should be no problem.
So we hope you can understand that we ask for pictures. I'm sure you all are aware of cheaters in the world, which is why such is important. And it's meant with all due respect!
Please PM me about your issue and let's have a conversation in a respectful way.
No one will lose anything with UGF and that's for sure! ALWAYS IN SAFE HANDS WITH UGF
UPDATE ABOUT THE CRIMPS.
Our team is checking and re-crimping ALL of our vials that are prepared for all of the new orders, so we wont have this issue again. This issue was due to a malfunction of the crimping machine, but that it is solved now and it should not happen again... Either way, we got some pictures of how to open even those.
Some of the older tops we had from an older batch of tops, completely detach from the vials. hence some complaints were because of this... While some new tops are not tight enough so that's why they came off. Regardless of anything, it's being handled.
Still hope for some pictures to use it for our own good, and we can trade pictures as well..
Thanks to the patience and respectful approach of you guys.
Rosser01I've had a simular experience with a source a few months back and I'm sure a few others did as well, it was addressed and fixed, I guess it was a calibration issue with the machine, should be an easy resolution
So what do we do if we experience this issue? I have 10 vials that I wasnt planning on running til Spring, do I just wait and report the issue if it happens in the spring? And what would your response be if my vials are ruined due to this crimping issue? Thanks in advance.
Can't you check them and see if there loose?
Just check the tops for looseness?
Yea I guess so Idk all the issues. Seems the source is on top of it bro.
Thats why I addressed the issue to the source. Just wiggled all my tops and they are all extremely loose. I have been reading over the issues just havent had a chance to check the gear until now.
Cool.
Its all bro. Thanks for replying, will PM the source.
Dear everyone.
Thank you for sharing the issues with us.
We are already looking into it and each person with this problem, please write me.
Despite one of the users lying about us calling him a liar and not taking this problem seriously, we have all of the conversation posted below and didn't have a problem speaking with iFit or other about this.
We appreciate it being done correctly at least as iFit did:
Contacting the sponsor about the problem.
Answering the sponsor's questions so I can understand 100%
Letting me take the information and deal with my team and our company.
That's how it's supposed to be.. To others who are being disrespectful and just want to either stir up some drama or give us a bad name, calm the hell down. First we were called scammers and voted bad but everyone were proven wrong... Now this problem makes some people write in a very disrespectful manner. Please behave! If it was a problem we had all the way through, no one would order from us.. Look at what other boards say and look at what people said when reviewing us here on eroids.
Thank you to all of the respectful people who helps this community in the right way, and that includes the source as part of the community Others are ruining this board by their misbehavior - a source has one problem and it's like we have to die. Communication, patience and respect got to be the keywords all the way around for all of us.
NovorosYes . Rubber cover the full shit ! where are you from? they are difficult to pull out , and they take a lot of oil. and then when you close them , they are pushed ! Replace the cover !!!
I feel it's important to let the members know about an issue I am having with my recent order of Para oils. So far 4 of 5 I attempted to open had the entire top (rubber stopper and crimp) pull right off the bottle with not much effort thereby rendering the product useless. The crimp or metal used appears to be inferior as it's fairly lose to begin with and the plastic top remains firmly attached to the stopper. Inspection of other bottles I have indicates this may be a wide spread problem across the entire product line. There is NO arrow or mark on the tops to indicate where they should be pulled as I have read below.
I have been in communication with UGFreak and provided him with images to confirm the issue and awaiting a response. Until he responds with some info and solutions I personally would hold off ordering.
Disappointing indeed, sounds cheap
The product is very good. As stated if it was any usual problem we always had, we'd have no customers. Gear is solid! You are among those who would get free gear worth $100 - if you'd like to cancel, we'll move to the next in line. Let me know, thanks.
Sorry of course I still want to try, you yourself had said we could comment on it good or bad. I wasn't trying to make your products sound bad without having actually tried, that wouldn't be fair review,my fav. brand to date has tops issues but is very solid so yes I still want some mast e.
Thank you.Yes of course, it's up to you guys to judge. That's all I want - honest replies.
It just seemed as it was some gear you'd skip on, due to your comment. But thanks for touching base... Will make sure you get your gear and let you be the judge.
