any one here used frag. I been reading up on it, im gunna used it at 100mcg x 3 a day. I'm going to take it pre workout away from meals or while there is no food in my stomach. i ll update on how well it works if anyone is interested

HGH Frag must be used in high amounts to be effective, and especially in fasting state.
I used it before a competition, and the results have been good.
I recommend a minimum dosage of 750 mg per day, preferably 1000mg, split in 3-4 doses.

It actually works, I was going to gain wait because I have type 1 diabetes and to build muscles I have to keep my blood sugar lower thus it increased the risk of hypoglicemia, which I actually incurred in more often than before thus I ate more sugar (up to 50 small packs a day) so I start with 176 191 which I actually made me keep on my same weight or maybe some kilo less
I used the frag 176-191 for 40 days 250mcg and 250mcg morning 06:00 at night before bed .. I did a diet low in carbohydrates and followed perfectly the indicaizoni to lose abdominal weight.
result only 2 kg lighter and 2 cm belly
the product did not give the result I wanted ..
Another fellow bro interested in peptides I see huh? I have used Frag before my friend and I'll be honest with you... After about 3 months on I noticed very little body recomposition. There was some, but very little. I honestly think the results I made during that run were from the clean diet and training regimen at the time. Don't get me wrong, peptides can work great if you apply them correctly, but I believe some could be a hit or miss. I think if recomposition is your goal, you're better off with actual GH and if the high price is a problem then the next best thing for you would be some GHRP-6, stacked with CJC-1295 (without DAC). In any case, you already have the Frag so go ahead and run it and keep a log on your progress. After all it is a research peptide, so let's see what kind of progress you make. Who knows? This could be interesting. :-)
when u ran it what were ur doses and did u use it while fasted or with food. because i heard its useless with food. I have a friend who use it and lost 15 lb in 3 weeks. GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 is next on the list. well with the HGH, its hard to find quality stuff and it is pretty expensive 5x the price i use on anabolics.

I always shoot my peptides on an empty stomach brother. These drugs are not effective unless the body is in an extremely low glycemic state. Your sugar and insulin levels must be low in order for it to take effect, but I think you already know that. And Yes, I agree with you about the GH. You need to have a reliable source for that.
well i guess i ll see if this works or not, it i dont see any results with in the first 2 weeks then i ll double the dosage . yes i agree with the previous statment , some peptide do wonder, i love tb 500 and igf
IGF-1 (LR3) is one that I've wanted to try for years, but I feel funny about the reconstitution process for that particular peptide. Supposedly it will degrade fast if you recon with just BW. You're supposed to recon with Acetic acid, but I feel funny about shooting that stuff because technically that solution is made from vinegar. OUCH!
used it with both , i injected high dosages of it last cycle, went through one vail per week for 6 weeks, i prefer the BW, but the Acetic acid was fine too, u get used to it. made some good gains on that. best to use it during pct.
That's interesting actually. I suppose running IGF-1 during PCT would make it easier to retain most of your gains post cycle. I'll keep that in mind for my next run. Thanks bro.
