+ 1 Strange reaction

ad

Hello eroids community

I started a cycle about 9 weeks ago which consists of test e "200 mg week"and primo "500 mg week" from reliable sources, around a couple weeks ago I started experiencing this itchiness that wouldn't go away. I've looked into what the itchiness actually is and it appears to be this condition called dermatographic urticaria, when scratching the area that itches it produces welts.

Upon further research I found this can be caused by elevated cortisol levels but is most common when coming off cycle. I was running aromasin for a few weeks but decided to stop because i really wasn't experiencing bloat or any thing estrogen related but now I'm contemplating heading back on.

I know I can simply stop this cycle but I've come so far and really started to see quality definition and gains, it just sucks to have to stop. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any advice to combat dermatographic urticaria? Thank you Eroids

Simon

Gotta get some blood work. The first time I ran Deca I had a full blown allergic reaction that sent me into anaphylatic shock and put me in the ER. I thought for sure it was somehow related to the Deca since I had never ran it before and had no known allergens (I was thinking that it was a carrier oil, solvent... In the gear)- After having a full blown allergy test it turned out that I was acutely allergic to a fragrance in the laundry detergent my girlfriend brought.

My point is that this could be the result of an underlying condition not related to the gear in any way and you can never know for sure without getting it checked out by a medical professional.

Jesus, thank God you realize it was the fragrance, but I posted bloods right on the bottom.

Going to post bloods as soon as I get them

Itching can also be a sign of liver stress. Do a full bloodwork asap

Thank you, I scheduled a blood test 6 days after I posted this forum, I'm still waiting for the results believe it or not. Thank you for your concern

What does your blood work say? Pay particular attention to the hematocrit and hemaglobin. How is your liver functioning? What about kidneys? Any issues with any of these could be causing your issues. Why were you running aro in the first place - did your mid cycle bloods show elevated estro? If you haven't done bloods then I would start there or go see a doctor and get him to diagnose which must include blood tests given you're runnin an aas cycle!

I'll make an appointment and post results. Thank you

As said below, you really need a doctor to confirm your self diagnosis.

I personally have never experienced this but I did a little research reading the Mayo Clinic article on this. They usually have excellent material.

Bottom line is apparently no one knows what causes this. It has been suspected that this is some type of allergic reaction but no allergens have ever been found.

If you see a doctor, and, if it's severe, I think you should, the only treatment options are anti-histamines.

If you are 9 weeks into your cycle, I highly doubt that you are having a reaction only now to any of the chemicals, solvents or binders (if you are taking orals) in the gear.

That said, however, if you should stop the cycle and in 2 weeks or less, the symptoms disappear entirely, then yes, strangely, it must be some type of reaction to the gear, but, as I said, nothing has been documented in the literature so far.

If it were me, I would finish my cycle but see a doctor right away to get some antihistamines for symptomatic relief if the doctor confirms your diagnosis.

Totally agree with sensei self diagnosis is very dangerous I would definitely go see your doc bro!!!

Are you certain this is dermatographic uricaria? Self diagnosing can be dangerous and often innacurate if you are relying on internet alone. Itchiness can also be caused by polycethemia while on cycle. Be sure of the condition is all I am suggesting, then prioritize your gains against your health risks of whatevet you know you have.

X2. See your doctor bro.

Polycythemia and cholestasis are probably the two most common causes of pruritus related to AAS.
