i havent had to contact naps in a while, but i would guess it may be better contacting threw there online help.
reason being the naps rep here is known to let his pm's get ridiculously out of control, and just not be around for long periods of time. which means he aint answering you in a timely manner especially during a promo.
love naps my goto source for absolutely everything but those are the facts.
packaging is safe and discreet. received promo pack in about 3-4 weeks
i recommend naps, they really do have anything and everything. i really only use them and a few other big sources.
but if you want a pack in a week total turn around time your probably best off using domestic.
naps is going to take 3-4 weeks to get you your products safley to your door. may.be longer if they do one of there ridiculous promos. but in the end you always get your product and its always worth the wait
So I've been using Naps for a long time now. Until recently they in my opinion have always been great to work with. The last two orders I made have been bad. The Test E 250 I received leaves me with the worst PIP I have ever experienced..!!! The other order was placed mid June and money picked up on June 28th. This order never shipped out for 2 months with multiple emails back and forth.
They then emailed me again and said it had been shipped a month ago and it's still not here....
I should have waited to start my cycles as I had planned out because Naps did not make good on their end to get me my gear for months but they did not hesitate to take my money over 2 months ago!!!!

Never needed it before being they were always good. Now, their communication and support is horrible!!! They took my money and months later I still have no gear and minimal communication has been provided throughout this process.
Again guys, Naps used to be awesome! Not sure why but they have recently gone downhill fast. Please use caution when you order. Do your research with other suppliers before making your choice! Until Naps makes this right I can not recommend anyone shopping here.
Hopefully they will come back and be like they used to be!
This is long overdue. I have been busy with life and school. I apologize for the delay. I started my cycle May 2 and finished August 27th. Roughly 13 weeks. Starting weight was 240 after cycle I was 220. I was able to drop some fat, maintain muscle and strength. Link to my order with Naps.

-1Ok well in my experince if your not worried about getting your product in 4-5 days is NapsGear, I have used VIP, and a bunch of others but my last and 4th order was fairly large I did have an issue with a couple broken winny bottles but that was a first and cust service was fairly ok in fixing problem...But As for GTG and price I Dont see anyone even close to theprices they offer It does take slightly ore time but I just plan ahaead...theres a bunch of brands and I have tried many all GTG althought wasnt 100% impressed with QD's EQ it was only 200 or 20 so thats prob why, what do you guys think BUt I have ordered DP 300 EQ which was amazing...Id like to try United but to high of a Minimun order cost what do you all think of United? Either way Geneza , Dragon Pharm and maha and QD have been actually beyond my expectations but It would be nice to find a supply inside the US..PM me with details please ... Im lazyso I always go back to NAPSGEAR...Tried and true slightly longer wait by a couple days but very reasonable and products are amazing Either way Try them out if you dont like PM me with other options id gladly take any suggestions but as for now im making a largeorder once agan with tried n true NG... Another order/cycle review for naps,good work as always.This was around my 10th order with naps and had good success.I ordered multiple items for my cycle as well as a few extras.This was a 5th cycle for me(first tren cycle) and had great success with the gp brand again,always seems to work very good for me.

Delivery was good as usual,I can wait sometimes around 3 weeks but that's normal,no issues here.
Packaging is good and it works well,all that matters to me.
Overall it was a successful cycle and helped prep me for a trip I was taking and to look my best.
I would most likely run a similar cycle again in the future especially now that I know where my body like the injection levels to be at.Was strong,extremely lean and vascular as all hell,felt great.This was also my first go at tren and I highly enjoyed it.

Right under 20 orders and I've never had an issue with that department. Actually, I've Never had any " Unresolved Issue" with and aspect of their organization.
The T/A was about 3 - 4 weeks. Although it has been faster in the past. I guess this whole foreign shipping thing has really had an impact on the T/A nowadays. I was given the option of EMS but it failed, and Naps sent an extra pack of Var for my troubles, so it actually put me on the plus side.
I'm a little worried about their ranking. I can't recall seeing them this low in a while/if ever. But I'm sure they'll bounce back. I don't quite get the negative reviews either because I've only had 1 problem with these cats in almost 20 pretty big orders, but to each it's own I quess. And that's If you wanna call getting 3 Bottles of free test because 1 bottle out of 6 was defective a problem.

Naps is by far the best company on the net for the products they sell. I have used quit a few over the years (about 15 years doing orders from online companies) and they have really got it down to a science. No problems ever! I have placed so many orders I cannot count and I have only had one not show up in over 5 years of using them and they sent it straight out again and came so fast. This is as legit a company as you can order from. I would recommend any of my family or friends to them so I would not hesitate to recommend anyone! They are solid as a rock!

my experience with naps communication was great, ticket answered and solved same day
2 orders took 10 ish days, 1 order took 7 weeks.
naps totally forgot my hcg in an order, i opened a ticket and the problem was solved within a few hours, next day i got a tracking number for the package containing all the hcg. when people come on here saying they got jacked by naps or naps hasnt responded to their tickets for weeks at a time, just doesnt make sense to me, all my tickets are answered within an hour.
also they had a mishap with customs or whatever it was, so another order took about 7 ish weeks, shit happens, order came, all is well.
I've been working out of town. I haven't had much time to eat and workout properly. My starting weight was 186 lbs and peeked at 206 during this cycle. I just completed PCT a week ago. My weight is at 198 lbs.

This review is for the GP Andromix and Bromocriptine (Parlodex). I ordered these products separately. My first order of GP Andromix was seized by customs. Once I received the seizure letter, I dealt with napshelp.com customer service to get a free reship. After several iterations of scanning and sending the required documents, they processed and resent the item. Overall, I was very happy with the assistance from their customer service department.
The packaging for the GP products is consistent and I've never had any issues with breakage. The Bromocriptine was sent from a different location with some other products and was also securely packaged. T/A for all items was under 2 weeks from when my I submitted my payment via Bitcoin (seizure not included).
I've been using Naps for several years now. I'm impressed with the quality of their products as well as the extensive variety of products they offer. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I've been pretty happy with my naps transaction, and since I'm not buying steroids I dont even panic about the security breach they had. I dont care who knows I buy accutane and boner pills.
I had originally ranked the overall quality of this order as a 9, but felt I could go ahead and make it a ten
This is in regard to the boner pills, they are not the full dosage of 100mg or 20mg, but they are so inexpensive it is still a lot of tadalafil or sildenafil for a buck

I had a good chunk of testobolin amps(test ena-alpha pharma) from a previous order so i had started to use those at 750mg a week.i incorporated the prop for 10 days at 100mg daily and the tren at 3 amps a week for 10 weeks,i could tell that my test shot up immediatly prior strarting the prop and i loved the extra test in my blood.feeling better and stronger in the gym,more agressive and a better sence of well being.
the tren hex took about 3 and a half weeks to kick in properly but once it did i was super strong in the gym.all my basic lifts shot up 30% and i could just lift with ease.my vascularity was insane on the hex with almost no bad side effects.only bad side was agression but was managable.good sides were the strenght,vascularity,lowered my body fat around abdominal area and was feeling like i could do anything.
it was a fun ride for me and i would buy alpha pharma tren hex again and again.one of the best cycles i have ever ran and i mean it!thnx to napsgear for providing genuine alpha pharma products!!:)

I have placed at least 10 orders with Naps. All of which I have received successfully. I mainly use their Geneza brand but I have used a few others as well. All products I've ever used were above satisfactory. Everything has always gone smooth. I have transformed my body within the past few years with hard work and dedication. I have gotten great results with these coumpounds but i cannot credit it all to just these 4. Although bought at a different time. I have also been taking Naps blue tops for almost a year. This has also had a lot to do with my results.
