1st I want to apologize for talking about payment methods the other day and UG Freak being new to Eroids felt obligated to respond to me as any source probably would, after being on Eroids for 4 years and leaving reviews for other sources I've used, I should have known better, so that's on me not them and sorry again for that - kill my karma if you feel the need, but UGF doesn't deserve to have their's wacked.
On communication for orders made with UGF they let me know that responding thru the website on the "send ticket" for the specific order is how they deal with order issues, that replying back to the emailed order confirmation or thru other general contact points will not get a specific response for your specific order, so they've asked me and everyone to please login and use the "send ticket" button on the website for each order placed. If you use this button they are very responsive - we've been "talking" and getting stuff resolved quickly in the last 2 days while eroids was down using UGF's "send ticket" button.
But why give a rats ass about new supplier when there are so many to choose from? Back in June I received my first UGF gear, the Para Pharma no labels, and honestly the prices seemed to dam good to be true but a buddy of mine who actively competes BB swore they were good, so I made a small order based on his recommendation. I had had a 4 week PCT in June and then I started with their S350 on July 2nd and on July 14th I had my blood drawn - I had taken 3ml of UGF's Para Pharma S350 and no other Testo and here are my Testosterone levels results: After 3 1ml shots of S350 over 11 days my Total T was 2,674 ng/dl(more than double the high normal of 1,100) and my Free T was 986.5 pg/dl(more than 6Xs the high normal of 155). So that's why I'm buying from UGF again. You all know that T is the basis of every cycle, having good T is King, having good T and getting it at incredible prices is even better. Once I complete a full cycle I'll come back with an actual review on UGF- see my profile and some of the other reviews I've written and you'll see I'm thorough in my reviews.

First thing first, thank you for your kind words about UGF and your past order and the products we sell.
Secondly, let's go into this message of yours, with the other messages we received through the ticket panel on our website as well.
You say here that you placed the order Saturday and didn't get a reply yet.
It's true, you placed it the 28th, but you didn't write any ticket to us with that request of yours, before today the 30th of August. There are no messages at all from you from before that. We can send a screen shot if you'd like to see. You actually wrote us 6 hours ago (the first message) and this came an hour later. We should receive more time to reply - our T/A for responses is maximum 24 hours.
Now regarding MoneyGram: We've had very unpleasant experience with MoneyGram which means bad experiences for our customers. We don't want our customers to have trouble wiring funds, so we removed MoneyGram. It slowed the business down, we could not pick for days. People want things to go fast and we are used to the speedy business, so we scratched that and kept Western Union and Bitcoins.
You wrote us that we didn't want US customers any longer...Which isn't true. You'd be surprised how many US customers we got and they all pay this way, unless they choose bitcoins. None of them ever got in trouble for sending money to Lebanon.

We do not have MoneyGram anymore as it made a lot of mess lately.
Regarding Lebanon:
The country is no. 2 in the world of the highest income of money from the world and it's a fact. More people live outside than inside the country and we receive DOZENS of payments, all going to Lebanon. None being a problem. And 80% if not more, being customers from USA. No matter where the money is heading to, Western Union can sometimes be a little pain in the ass. This is regarding questions, cancelling and such. It is really not a problem at all to send money to Lebanon and it has gotten ZERO of our customers in danger. It may be located in the Middle East but it doesn't change the economical position of the country. It is indeed a big business country and which is why we have chosen it as far as our business, with the money going in there. We can say it's absolutely save to use and we recommend bitcoins, if you still have trust issues. But we'd had no business really if it was a problem using Lebanon.
Also we kindly ask to remember, that all messages are replied within 24 hours. We've received this post about not replying an hour after first message... You've sent us 4 messages on website within 35 minutes.

How you figure? Im telling you from first hand experience, me and a few other close friends have been using this guy. Has never ever let us down. There was one bad thing that went wrong...but he has fixed everyones...including mine and another friends....and he doubled my friends order. Not mine though. Which i thought i would get. But no worries...i got my order. And all products are legit. You call bullshit, why? Cuz ur scared...thats ok. Your loss fool.
who the fuck are you calling a fool? Scared of what? There is a payment problem on his end with my order, hes not on top of it....Im going on 5 days with no reponse to my emails / tickets......I understand that there can be problems but communication is key, and hes not communicating.
Well you didnt say all that. Pm him....or contact him on outlaw. He answers all pms in about 2 days. If not, then post. I promise you...he will fix it. Sorry you're not having the success that many many ppl are with him.
