4 sets of hammer strength incline press 8-12 reps
4 sets of flat bench flye 8-12 reps
3 sets of machine bench press 8-12 reps
7 sets of incline cable flye 10-12 reps
its similar to what i do, but he probably lifts five times heavier

He hasn't been on par with 2012 or 2013 Phil. For he doesn't bring it he will get knocked off
Seems like a good one to me. Don't need to be in the gym for 2hrs to grow.

He's obviously figured out what works for him. Everyone is different.
Imo Phil Heath (or rather his trainer) actually is one of the smartest bb out there. He trains with little weights (relatively; he could lift way heavier) and it works. In bb you don't need those ultra heavy ass weights, Ronnie transmitted us, in order to grow.
His chest routine works bro. Low risk of injury.
