acne that is hard yellow puss

so I noticed when I'm on cycle the acne on my chest and back are hard and I'm wondering will this cause blockage in arteries later on in life.

I have never heard of hard acne being a precursor to plaque build up in arteries. The change in your hormones levels are cause the acne. Your skin and hair are oily from the synthetics, yes? That is making your pores sticky and collecting dead skin thus the hard zits. Get a quality acne wash change your bedding more it will help. Unfortunately acne is a side isn't it.
I know huh thanks just thought maybe the synthetics were causing the hard acne but never thought of your angle thanks for reply
