Buddy is wasting his cycle, and now wants to extend it and up the dosage? WTF?!
So my buddy is on his first cycle. It's a simple one.
Week 1-12: 500mg Test-E
PCT is Nolvadex : 20,20,10,10
Arimidex during cycle if signs of high estrogen occur.
Here is the issue I have. I give a shit about this guy, he's a good dude. But he's in week 10 of his cycle and has seen very minor gains. I would know, since I'm running the same cycle and I'm up 25 lbs. He's up about 8-10 pounds. (Maybe less, because he could be lying to me). I honestly dont see a difference in him, at least no difference that he couldnt have achieved naturally.
He just started lifting again a month before he started his cycle. I told him it will have a very small effect because he has virtually no base on him, therefore the test has nothing to work with.
So, obviously his cycle was a waste of time, but now he wants to extend his cycle to 16 weeks, and up his test to 750mg a week. I don't see a point in this. He's already battling gyno, ED, and fatigue, so why stretch this out any longer and do further damage to his body?
Let me know what you think about this, because this is what I told him to do:
Finish your 12 weeks as originally planned. Finish you PCT and hit the gym for 4-5 months natty before even deciding to do another cycle. This way he will actually have a little base built up for the test to build on.

Bro you and your friend shouldnt touch steroids in the first place. I think a lot of people confuse the "idea" behind steroids. AT 94 kg natty is not the "perfect" weight to start using AAS..your friend would be at 85 kg. I mean there is no reason behind it. You need at least 2000 workouts under your belt to deal with the off cycle weakness etc. You need to be very strong and training contigency for 4-5 years natty.if you cant bench 140kg natty then your making a huge mistake. I am not say that I make the right choices in my life but i didnt touch steroids at 94 kg bro. I was 94 kilos at my first year of lifting...19 years old. I put 15 kilos in a year...the second year i was 125 kilos at 20% bodyfat but very strong...the third year i Cut and I was 115 kilos 15% bodyfat. I bought steroids and consider make cycles several times under desperation but I didnt. When i done my first cycle i was 112 kilos 14%. From my personal experience people who start cycles under 100 kg natty are wasting their time...seriously and create several rpoblems to their health. Build a good knowlege of the sport,build some muschle,training 5-6 times a day,eat 5 meals a day ( not baby meals)get some power and after some point you will see that you cant make a lot of improvements and push beyond anymore..then use your gear and push further. Stories like i was injured and jump to steroids after 3-4 months,i am training 2 years 3 times a day are not exist in this sport. The football player stops the training for 1 month and lose 50% of his endurance.....same with us..we stop for 1 month and our performance is decrease....YOU NEED TO BE THERE LIKE A SOLDIER BRO
You know you can talk diet till we are blue in the face. And we will hear oh yeah i eat great i do EVERYTHING RIGHT. I call bullshit, there are guys that just yes us to death and go home and eat nothing or they eat everything. Shit diet = Shit cycle
Sound's like he is a trainwreck already. Best advice you can give him is stop now and do proper PCT (not the one listed there) and never touch steroids again. If he doesn't listen let him grow a pair of tits and trash his HPTA and do what ever he wants. You can't fix stupid.

This is exactly what happens with no muscle base and a diet that can be eclipsed by an eight grade girl on a track team... Estimate half of that being water weight, and he's up 4lbs of mass in 10 weeks... The problem is never the gear isn't enough, it's always that these people don't know what the fuck they're doing to themselves.
Let him do it. Let him run a gram, or two, or three. Let him develop hendrix tittie syndrome, lose any usage of his pecker, and have him feel like shit. Because some people don't get the message and only a boot up the ass works on them. This is his boot, let him take it knee deep.
The correct thing to do is come off immediately. PCT, and as GH said keep at the gym natty for 2 years or so. But I doubt he'll do just that...
It is unfortunate we have to let natural selection take its course sometimes.
