-1 Drugs to strengthen heart
As you know Strength training may adversely affect to the cardiovascular system.
Many doctors believe that bodybuilding is a danger to the heart, because it causes undue stress and myocardial hypertrophy without adequate vascularization. This in turn creates a mismatch between myocardial oxygen demand and the capacity of its delivery.
At the same time there is also the opposite view. Thus, American Heart Association journal, in the article "Pumping Iron Improves Heart Health" writes that increasing amount of evidence in recent years that suggest otherwise.
Here is the first signs of pathology:
- pain
- beats (irregular)
- increased heart rate
With their appearance you need consult your doctor and make a diagnosis, which includes the first echo-cardiogram and cholesterol analysis. Often people underestimate the risks.
Drugs for heart protection are Beta blockers.
It is one of the few pharmacological groups which significantly increase the life span by lowering the main risk of heart disease.
Anabolic steroids, fatburners and heavy lifts can cause this risk.
Not as advertising, I use trimetazidine, it has many different names. Mechanism of action is complicated but it normalizes metabolism of the heart, improves the nutrition at the cellular level and has a strong protective effect, which is proven by numerous studies.
Also few common drugs for heart health - l-carnitine, omega - 3, asparcam.
My heart started to ache few years ago, now I feel better.
Be careful with your heart!

This is a very interesting topic but as my advice to all. Keep it natural . . . You can get by with a damaged limb but when you mess with your heart, there is no going back. It's like if you were a car, that would be your engine. Beta Blockers have definitely proven their worth but it's just not something I would consider. I use to take something (For anxiety) and the side effects were anger. So I stopped. Eat good, eat healthy, eat greens and in the long run, you'll find that you are way better off then using any kind of chemicals or high level medicine.
I disagree with that statement, some maybe yes but all no......
This could be from many many different things and also a combination of things....
Alot of newbies want that quick fix anymore and just mix and run stupid amounts of aas and its killing there ass.
Everone be safe and use your heads. Maybe listen to some of the respected ole vets here and see what they have to say......
Area-1255Hypertrophy is partly due to serotonin though, so if you keep your serotonin levels down and blood pressure under control, the risk of heart issues due to bodybuilding is practically nil. If you take Prozac or other SSRI's AND Steroids you are nearly doubling your risk. Likewise, using Terguride or Lisuride along with BCAA's which lower serotonin may help to protect the heart by blocking serotonin 2B receptors and decreasing serotonin levels, respectively.

RustyhookerWeight lifting isn't for you
Arginine 3 grams p.o. 15 min prior to lifting....
I think you should be careful with your wording here. The drug you use, also known as Vastarel isn't a beta blocker, it's more complex than that.
Whilst the sentiment is good, encouraging people to use beta blockers ad hoc I'm not too keen on.
It's twilight zone in here at the moment. I can't bring myself to comment much.
It's a post with a slant towards what works best for the OP...lol...Only comment I can think of is how long have you been on this medication and what else has your doctor told you....
