Joe 3# will be leaner and larger for sure. My height is 5'6" and I'm 183 11-12% body fat right now. My next proposed cycle will be 500mg test 450p 100c 100f and 250c post workout to replenish. The plan is to grow and maintain there
I'm uncertain if I have to count protein toward my metabolic rate, the same proposed cycle may be 450p 500c 100f and 250c to replenish, I'll have to see what my weight does on 100c with 250c to replenish, if it drops 3lbs then I know I need to run off of 500c not 100c
