On cycle pain in nipple

Been on 400mg test c 500eq weekly for 4 weeks having pain behind left nipple? Any thoughts on what to take to counter act this?

I would have suggested an AI starting at day one to prevent this altogether. Its not too late now since your only 4 weeks in to add an AI but some do better on SERMS once they have developed an issue,
I may be a little late, but you definitely need to get on an AI as quick as possible. But more importantly, jump on Nolvadex as this will knock the sensitivity down quickly. The AI will drop estro but that lump may persist without the nolva. There may be times when I don't have any gear on hand, but I always have a supply of nolvadex and adex. And when I order gear, I order even more of nolva and adex. Now that you know you are susceptible to gyno, try to make sure you have an AI (letro, adex, asin) and a SERM (nolvadex, raloxifene, etc) on hand. Hopefully your all good by now.

Most likely raised estrogen, but getting blood work to check would be advisable. Get yourself some aromasin or adex, (both are AI's, I'd suggest aromasin is the better option), as quickly as possible.
