+ 2 Bulking meal for people that can't gain weight well
Ok guys this one is the shit for people that can't gain weight easily
- pork loin
- loaf of garlic bread
- 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
- bbq sauce or Caribbean jerk sauce
1.Smoke a 3 pound pork loin at 225 till internal temp is 150 (put a dry rub on it and let it set for 15 min before smoking)
2.open up garlic bread put 2 cups of cheese on it and bake to recommend time and temp.

Glaze pork loin with bbq sauce or Caribbean jerk sauce the last 15 minutes of smoking.

Let pork loin rest for 15 minutes before cutting.

Cut that loin up in 1/4 inch slices and pack that in the garlic bread and boom you got my famous protein machine.
The jerky sauce is great to change flavors up but you can't go wrong with bbq sauce ever try it both ways and see what you like better. This is easy and pretty cheap and because it's smoked it's you could have it for a week and it will not spoil (good for lunches) and everyone you feed it to will be blown away well hope at least one person tries this out if you do comment and speak your mind also if u need a dry rub recipe I can provide you one with what you will probably have in just your pantry thanks guys have a happy 4th

Cure for hardgainers:
2 cups milk
1 cup cottage cheese
2 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
Chocolate Syrup to taste
Put it a blender until smooth. Drink. Arround 1100 calories per serving. If you struggle with paking on size and weight, this will cure what ailes you.
I would blow up like the Goodyear blimp after looking at this.... Wish I needed high calorie meals to put on weight, lol
I have a couple loins sitting in the freezer. I'll have to pop one into the smoker and give it a try.

Pork loin is just one of those things that has a small margin of error...a little too much and it's dry and like chewing on wood. Gnarkill144 per pound of pork 72 in cheese and 50 in carbs per serving let's say about 4 to 5 scoops of whey to 1/4 of full sandwich but sandwich is real food and tastes a million times better and will have left overs that you can eat warm or cold
