Lab Results

I've been on 600mg Test Enth for a month now. As well as Peptides. CJC1295, Ipamorelin, GHRP-2 Blend, Fragment 176-191 and IGF-1 LR3.

Unfortunately, I didn't do blood work prior to going on, well, I did but the doctor didn't put Testosterone, Prolactin and LH on it. I just got my results yesterday. My concern is my kidney took a hit, my Prolactin is quite high and I wouldn't be able to fertilize a woman (which is not a concern) but wondering why LH is very low when I have high Testosterone. And is it the Testosterone that is affecting my kidney or the Peptides? or both? Should I cut out the Peptides? Lower my Test?

Creatinine 90 Reference: 60-127 umol/L
Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) 92 (Used to be 112 prior to taking Test Enth)
Normal eGFR is described as greater than or equal
to 90 ml/min/1.73 m2.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone [TSH] 3.12 Reference: 0.30-5.60 mIU/L

Pituitary Function:
Luteinizing Hormone [LH] LO 0.3 Reference: 1.2-8.6 IU/L
Prolactin 11.4 Reference: 2.6 - 13.1 ug/L

Reproductive and Gonadal:
Testosterone HI 51.1 Reference: 6.0-27.0 nmol/L

Thank you in Advance for any help.

Ok so you are trying some sort of TRT on your own I guess. Get your fucking dose down to 150mg/wk MAX! You are on a heavy ass cycle of test, keep it up and you are going to hate life.

x2 or kill yourself with a stroke.

waterhead235's picture

What were your levels before starting this?

waterhead235's picture

What is the reference range on that?

waterhead235's picture

That seems like a total test number not free test, if so 296 is not a good number. You have 2 choices. PCT 2 weeks from now, or drop that dose down to 100mg-150mg. If you choose to drop the dose make sure to get bloods pulled again in a month to see what is going on.

waterhead235's picture

Are you running a cycle or is this some kind of TRT?

CBBurrr's picture

looking at the numbers he posted, it was supposed to be a cycle but turned out to be some kind of trt

Touche' lol

Your LH is low because you have introduced exogenous testosterone. Your brain sees the high test levels and isn't producing LH because it doesn't think you need it.

Your prolactin is within range. I wouldn't worry about it if you don't have symptoms

Can't help with kidneys other than to ask the obvious:
How is is your liquid intake? Drinking enough water?

7gothic's picture

Any elevated enzyme or wbc counts?

7gothic's picture

Missed that.
What about urine output? Are you having kidney pain?

CBBurrr's picture

90 is actually a pretty low number on creatine for a guy that is big and lifts heavy.

THE_MECHANIC's picture

Yep. Mine are always flagged high - doc says it is normal for people with more muscle mass.

Good point on the kidney issue... especially true within the context of high protein intake.

TSH number sucks, it is in range, but the range is seen by some as set to high.

Need to check T3 & T4 etc. TSH alone is not a thyroid panel.

Owes a Review × 1

Testosterone is known for increasing prolactin levels, but only a little bit. yours is in range, so carry on.

Creatine gets elevated after heavy workouts, yours is well in range. GTG

LH should be tanked.... your HPTA axis sees you have lots of testosterone and quit telling your gonads to make ,more.

Your test is only 2x the normal high end. conversion puts this at about 1500 ng/dl

your testosterone is week as shit for 600 mg a week

waterhead235's picture

It's not high.

I don't see any tests for estrogen level. High estrogen can often cause itching / burning in the nipples.

THE_MECHANIC's picture

A good AI like aromasin or arimidex will help that estradiol level. Cabergoline can help with the prolactin. If your test levels are off the charts, you should lower your dose. Typical TRT is 100-200mg/ week. From what I have seen, dialing in a TRT dose can take quite a while and you want to be in the high normal range for your age - probably somewhere around 600-800. Any more will affect you negatively like you have here with high estrogen, prolactin, and eventually cholesterol issues and all the cardiovascular trouble that goes with it. Hopefully the endo is willing to work with you to get all this dialed in. If at all possible, it is better to be under a doc's supervision rather than play the guessing game.

Losing your hair isn't as big a deal as risking a stroke by fucking up your RBC and cholesterol levels. I'd say dump the Avodart too and just man the fuck up and shave your head. There are many things you can do to raise your testosterone levels naturally - losing abdominal fat, getting regular exercise, eating clean. Even supplements like tribulus or DAA have been proven to raise levels naturally. Clomid or HCG therapy is also and option you might talk to your doc about. I think T-rex has a post in TRT about that here, I will try to find it.
