Support is always top notch. I didn't have an issue at all on this last order, but did have one on the previous order. They were easy to stay in contact with and helped with all the wire issues quickly.
Packaging is always discreet and safely packaged so products don't get damaged. I actually had this order delivered to work if that tells how good and unnoticeable the packaging is.
I've been a customer of naps for several years now and will always get my fear from them. Most of the gear is lab tested and I've never had bad products or bad batches from them. The time for delivery has also gotten better with the last two orders. I got everything about a week early.

I've made multiple donations to Naps. I always send donation by the slowest method (you know which one I mean) previous processes typically have taken 'about a week' to accept donation, 'about a week' to ship and anywhere from a week to 3 weeks to arrive. Successful delivery every single time tho.
Latest was killit2. Jintani Te250, Geneva Te200/Eq200 and Vermodje anastrover. Opted for quicker shipping and hit the door in less than 3 weeks total. And tracked all the way.
Killit1 included tadalafil, Sunrise HCG and Dragon Eq300.
Mini review: tadalifil very effective for me, less so for the female. Works scary good for me tho!

This was my very first order from any site, and I am really glad I chose napsgear. The shipping was extremely fast for over sea, and I had no problems with customs. Their reply time was also extremely fast, and I had a ton of questions about the whole process so that was a huge benefit. This review is from last summer in 2015, but I decided that now would be a good time to go ahead and do it.

Like I said before their reply time is super fast. They have a little 24 hour chat on their website where they provide answers to questions withing about 10 minutes. This was my first order and I had some trouble with putting in a P.O Box in the address field and they helped me sort it out. They also send emails to you notifying you each step of your packages progress which was helpful to gauge when it would arrive.
The packaging was so discreet that I didn't even think they had shipped everything to me. But as soon as I opened it I saw all of the tiny oral's packages neatly bundled up with rupperbands. My order actually arrived before it was supposed to. It took about 11 or 12 days, which is extremely fast for being over seas, and having to go through customs. I have never done AAS, so trying to find the right source was a big deal to me. Now let me preface this by saying I didn't order anything but ancillaries from Napsgear. I wasn't even going to do that initially because my first foray into "AAS" was an Ostarine "cycle." I ran it at 30mg for 5 weeks and the first three weeks were fine. It was after the third week that I noticed my libido had taken a nosedive, so I decided to order Nolvadex and Clomid from Naps. I placed an order on May 2, but didn't make payment until May 9 through BTC. I got my package from the post office on May 16. I don't even know how that's possible seeing as how it was shipped internationally. I was expecting to bridge with a test booster until the SERMs came in, but that wasn't necessary.

I'm now sitting on approximately 3 years supplies of roids like an idiot. Ho hum, never mind these things happen :/
Anyway it's pretty obviously from my story, NAPS are a simple business. You pay and order, they deliver. I always pay by Bitcoin which is remarkably simple to use plus you get the 20% discount. It seems like the only people who complain they don't get their order are the one's using Western Union etc. I would heartily commend everyone to use bitcoin. I've ordered approx 10 packages from Naps in last 3 months (it become an addiction for a while "I can't believe I can go online and get this stuff delivered to my door. What larks!" For a while I was to Naps/roids what Imelda Marcos was to shoes, but I've calmed down considerably now.
So I suppose you could say Naps OVERdelivered..?

Bit weird TBH. I can't figure out how to log on to their support ticket system but that's mainly me being thick. Anyway, a bunch of nice enough random people respond and stuff always gets sorted. Like many a new user I panicked that I'd sent my money to a bunch of Moldovan gangsters and would never see my cash again and bombarded them with semi-retarded messages which they answered patiently.
I would advise newbies to just be patient. Every single one of my packages was delivered early to a listed "difficult" country so I would just chill and let them sort it out. NAPS know what they're doing.
I guess stealth is good - I dunno it's the first time I've order gear offline so i don't know what is standard, but like I say, all packages made it through.
Like I say I'm happy to post photos - if someone can show me how.
FYI I'm 49 years old and planning on B&C now as I figure its one of the benefits of getting older - my endocrine system will only go downhill from here on in so why bother cycling. Currently blasting 500-600mg test Cyp and Dbol on gym days - just start on 400-600mg Primo for around 24 weeks and also add in some EQ200 @ 400mg per week for 20 weeks. Will cruise on Test Cyp 100-200mg + 200mg Primo. Cos fuck it why not.

I have placed a total of 3 orders with Naps and have NEVER has a problem. My last order consisted of a Deca 250 and Sustanon 250 Cycle and the gains were great as expected, I must say that Naps is legit. Placed my order and within 14 days it was at my doorstep. The packaging was discrete and they provided a tracking number which allowed see that it made it into the US without difficulty. My last order was also the first time that I ordered pins as I was afraid that it would get nabbed by customs, however, everything made it safely to my front door. After a few perfect orders, my last two that I have made this month appear to have me scammed out of my money. I made an order April 26, paid the next day. Days go by of hearing nothing, no updates. I live support and they tell me I need to re send the money to a different person as the original is no longer therefor security reasons. Had to go back to WU and re do everything. Annoying but not the end of the world. Well another few days go by of nothing, so I live chat and they said there was a hold and removed it. 3 more days to ship. Its now been a month and I still have no product. During this time I placed another large order due to products being on sale. I paid the next day again, and this time the money was picked up immediately. now 3 days have gone by and no update to my order as being paid or processed for shipping. Contact support they send me to help desk for billing issues. No response. Now it appears 2 orders of hundreds of dollars are gone. Whatever is going on with the company has lost all credibility with me. They used to be trustworthy and consistent. I hope they fix this but it appears I am scammed.

I'm out the money with zero product. Now im 2 months behind and I'm not going to be ready for contest. So I will be out the 300$ contest fee ass well. About to make my fifth order with NAPS. I'm a happy customer. Only good things to say about them. Ive only purchased one item from them that wasn't geneza, and it's not that it was bunk, but I truly believe that the past experience that I had with the Geneza brand of the product, set a standard to high as far as results go. It seemed underdosed, garbage to Geneza. Domestic is more convenient, however for me, I will continue to buy these products, as I enjoy knowing that I am getting a consistent, solid product so I am not wasting my time with less quality gear.
