I have placed a total of 3 orders with Naps and have NEVER has a problem. My last order consisted of a Deca 250 and Sustanon 250 Cycle and the gains were great as expected, I must say that Naps is legit. Placed my order and within 14 days it was at my doorstep. The packaging was discrete and they provided a tracking number which allowed see that it made it into the US without difficulty. My last order was also the first time that I ordered pins as I was afraid that it would get nabbed by customs, however, everything made it safely to my front door. I am currently placing a larger order for myself and a friend as I am a complete advocate of Naps products, service, and reliability

After a few perfect orders, my last two that I have made this month appear to have me scammed out of my money. I made an order April 26, paid the next day. Days go by of hearing nothing, no updates. I live support and they tell me I need to re send the money to a different person as the original is no longer therefor security reasons. Had to go back to WU and re do everything. Annoying but not the end of the world. Well another few days go by of nothing, so I live chat and they said there was a hold and removed it. 3 more days to ship. Its now been a month and I still have no product. During this time I placed another large order due to products being on sale. I paid the next day again, and this time the money was picked up immediately. now 3 days have gone by and no update to my order as being paid or processed for shipping. Contact support they send me to help desk for billing issues. No response. Now it appears 2 orders of hundreds of dollars are gone. Whatever is going on with the company has lost all credibility with me. They used to be trustworthy and consistent. I hope they fix this but it appears I am scammed.

-6This supplier (if you can call them that) is a fucking joke. My first package was ciezed my second pack was sent to the wrong address and was sent back to the shipper. I'm out the money with zero product. Now im 2 months behind and I'm not going to be ready for contest. So I will be out the 300$ contest fee ass well. Stay with pharmacom Darrius is a bit more expensive but i never in 2 years had an issues.

NAPSGEAR.ORG is by far the best distributing site out there. They offer a wide variety of brands to choose from with price ranges for everyone. The process of placing your order and paying is as simple as can be with them. I've had no issues with orders arriving on time and with there entire contents. I've known other people who has had orders seized at the border (not at the fault of napsgear, it happens) and napsgear quickly reshipped their orders at no extra charge. They are very professional and answer any and all questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Everything is tightly wrapped up so there is no loose product, then is triple wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
Have been ordering from napsgear for 2 years now (about 4 orders total so far) and all have been a very positive experience. No problems to date.
3 order from naps, besides taking sometimes longer then espected never had an issue.tried different labs and found Geneva to be the best quality. This last order I only got half the order. Once my delivery time experied I contact help and it's been 2 weeks since they been contacting their shipper, very disappointed since the rest of the order it's only worth maybe $100. Want to place another order but these practices making me go to someone else. Cant recommend you guys anymore what a shame.

The packaging is very discreet. The products were wrapped in bubble wrapped and taped tight to make sure for safe travel. All the pill packs were all wrapped in rubber bands tightly. The packages are small and inconspicuous. None of my products were damaged during shipping.
Naps has the biggest colection of UGL´s I´ve ever seen on the internet , and one of the few that carries legit parma grade products. Plus, they always have some products on sale.

When I asked them where my package is they told me they are shipping from China with a fake name and address, my package is lost and they are not giving my money back. If you do not want to throw your money away, do not buy and products from them. They are scammers and they steal your money. The products they sell are from China and fake as they are. Stay clear away from www.napsgear.org

About to make my fifth order with NAPS. I'm a happy customer. Only good things to say about them. Ive only purchased one item from them that wasn't geneza, and it's not that it was bunk, but I truly believe that the past experience that I had with the Geneza brand of the product, set a standard to high as far as results go. It seemed underdosed, garbage to Geneza. Domestic is more convenient, however for me, I will continue to buy these products, as I enjoy knowing that I am getting a consistent, solid product so I am not wasting my time with less quality gear.
If it's your first time ordering, I highly suggest trying naps. The simplicity of making an order will surprise you.

My last order was one of my larger orders I've placed and everything arrived within the expected time frame. Their customer service is always quick and responsive as well as their ordering process. I would recommend naps to anyone and everyone without hesitation.

Anytime i ever had a problem the support team comes back within hours and is always top notch. they do well with grammar and spelling considering this isn't domestic. i cant speak better about this company as I've ordered from a few others in the past. I've bought just about everything under the sun from the geneza brand from naps, always top notch. and the generic HGH is worth the money.
as i said earlier, they always come in 9 days to the midwest which is awesome when T/A est. is 2-3 weeks. shipping is only 2 days usually from funds being picked up. I've never had a broken or bad product from naps and they are always packed very very well.
I've bought from naps many times as i said before, and I've also tried other suppliers. i personally wont be going elsewhere because i trust that when i send my money, i will indeed receive product and it will be legit, safe and arrive earlier than expected. the variety of products available from naps is just outstanding and unmatched in my opinion, downright best source. no if's, and's or buts about it.

I ordered a large cycle in preparation for an upcoming competition. I've ordered through Naps for several years now, always without an issue. This time, my largest order yet, and not only has my order not come in 2 months later but I can't even get a real reply from customer service. It's the same automated response

I emailed the naps rep on this site and he got back to me after a week. We sent several messages back and forth and now I can't get him to respond to any of my messages.
Needless to say, my competition has come and gone, the products I ordered are no longer on sale, and I still have no products from Naps. Regardless, I would be okay with a "security issue" if they would just be honest and reply back to my messages, or give me some kind of update. After all, it's been almost 3 months.

-1THIS REVIEW IS FOR MY MOST RECENT PURCHASE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY NEXT CYCLE.
I decided to try and give dragon pharma a second chance since their gear is a little higher dosed.
I ordered 9 x NPP 150 and after 4 week I received a seizure letter, sent it to naps, and they offered to reship.
So I gave them a WOMANS name AND a different address which has never been used before and within 3 weeks I received a seizure notice.
They were kind enough to offer me a store credit (since I wanted a refund but they cant do refunds) so now I've ordered a different brand of NPP and im praying customs lets it slide through.
Due to this it seems to me they are packaging these vials terribly or I am just severely unlucky...
Before the first seizure letter was sent I went ahead and decided to pick up 5 bottles of dragon pharm EQ and now it's been 27 days and it's still in customs. So I am assuming this package too was seized.
I would have much rather received a refund for my unsuccessful purchases and taken my business to a domestic source but since that's not an option I have to risk my neck again to hopefully get a product.

Apparently the packaging is crap since my package was seized twice and it seems like my third package isn't going to make it through.
While I cant say I don't think people should order from naps because they do take care of the customer, I will say to be very leary and do not use your real name or address because the last thing you want is the feds knocking on your door because you've been caught multiple times trying to get steroids shipped to you. That is what I am afraid of and now I am using a PO box and a made up name that kind of resembles my name incase I have to go in and sign for the package and they request my ID.
I have made 10+ orders through naps and every time except the last ones in the past 2 months were perfect.

They got back to me within 1 hour on average with my concerns and questions. They definitely take care of the customer.
Once I provided a picture of 5 crystallized bottles of test in a line they shipped me 5 new bottles about 3 days later.
When I sent pictures about 2 weeks later of GOOEY GEL like NPP that I received they simply said to heat it up.
This makes me think they have a better relationship with GP and are able to reship and Dragon Pharm doesn't allow them to reship fudged up gear.
The GP products arrived around 2 weeks and the Dragon Pharm took a little over 3 weeks. HCG arrived in about a week. All was packaged very tight and secure.
All in all I gained roughly 20 pounds of weight after PCT and my lifts went up fairly significantly. My elbows, shoulders and knees were pretty sore throughout the entire cycle. when I was running 750mg a week of NPP I gained nothing more than I had the week before after 5 weeks at 750mg I dropped the npp completely and there was no change in the last 4 weeks of my cycle. I continued gaining at the same rate I had while on the 750mg of npp. I'm positive it was bunk and I threw the last 2.5 bottles in the trash as it did absolutely nothing for me except make my muscles sore after pinning it. I rotated between delts, ventroglutes, and outer quads and the muscle I pinned NPP in was always sore as all hell.
When pinning just the test it was like injecting water. 0 pip and didn't have to push very hard on the plunger with a 25g needle.
I recommend using naps but I would try to stick with GP gear over Dragon Pharm although my jelly gear may have been a one-off thing it was a waste of money and time and made my muscles sore for the entire time I pinned it. Had I gotten legit NPP my bulk cycle would have gone better and much more comfortable.
This is my fourth time ordering from Naps, and they've delivered on every count. 100% success rate through the customs so far, T/A is always under 3 weeks. Its pretty amazing how well the business is run and the gear is always legit.

The package fooled me, at first. It was in a very plain brown box that was taped shut. Inside it was well wrapped with foam and plastic, after each sachet of pills were rubber banded tight to save space. This is the type of packaging that would discourage over zealous or curious customs officers to open. The packages are always small and inconspicuous, I've never received damaged goods from Naps.
The Anavar and Androgel is on sale right now from Naps, and im looking to make a reorder with test C with a more ambitious cycle in mind. I originally found naps from eroids and ever since then I have been ordering from naps only. Their sales and normal prices are competitive, and so far i'm 100% satisfied with each order i've made with them.
I have placed 2 orders on napsgear for thier steroid sachets as I feel they would make it past customs with better success. I had 100% success rate so far. It's the only supplier I found to have sachets available for purchase. The gear is always good and there are big discounts if you use bitcoin. The trouble to get bitcoin is worth the 20% discount they give you. On top if a sale they often have you can save up to 60% steroids. It's actually insane how cheap it is.
They have great service, a live chat would be nice but they have a good enough ticket system however sometimes live chat would be more appropriate as personally I have time frames to meet.
The gear arrives soon enough and is always a nice welcome present to myself when I get home. Napsgear changed my life and I'll be loyal to it for as long as it's around. I would definitely support them if they ever got into legal trouble.
