What's your (Var) "SWEET SPOT" ???

Alright guys lets hear everybody's sweet spot when dosing Var. I've heard many different doses. Some say 50-75mg. Others 75-100mg. And I've even talk to some old school's, that take 100-200mg a day. Which is crazy to me. Seems like overkill. I can't even imagine the tightness and pumps they experience dosing that high. I've always been in the 60-75 range myself. Of course, I'm sure it all comes down to how real (potent) the Var really is. So I thought it would be interesting to see what some of you guys have found works best for you.

I get amazing results from 50-60mg split 2 times a day. If you don't get results from 50mg then either anavar is bunk or it's underdosed.

I run it at 50mg split 20mg am, 30mg pwo with some taurine, and boom, time to get it! I've seen old school guys say the old Var was so good 20mg was plenty, but I wouldn't know about all that shit.

Ran it at 70mg for a few days and even with taurine my back would still tighten up a lot, so to me, 50mg is the sweet spot, but like you said, quality unfortunately controls how the user doses

50mg is plenty on good var for everything I'm looking for. Pumps, muscle hardness/density, and strength increases every week. I've had to go up to 75mg+ to get a similar result with some of the underdosed stuff out there. Entirely depends on the quality of the supplier
