Look, don't start with that hard gainer shit man. I weighed 134 lbs the first time I touched a weight. As of Sunday morning I'm sitting at 243lbs off cycle. I couldn't gain weight worth the shit when I started until I started eating right. 4500 calories and can't gain weight because you are a "hard gainer" with a fast metabolism? Eat more. There's guys on this forum who consume 8000 calories minimum just to maintain weight, and I haven't ever heard them complain about a fast metabolism, hard gaining, or being sick of eating.
Yeah I was about to say I eat about 4200 to maintain when I'm bulking I kick that shit up 1800 calories a day... dude needs to learn how to eat.
The set standard would be once you have maxed out your natural potential. This will vary of course depending on your height.

I didn't take any AAS until about 4 yrs ago (40 yrs old) Was diagnosed with low T at that time also.
