put 1000 dollars into a wire transfer with Wells Fargo.
the wire transfer never went through, according to their billing department, but neither was the money put back in my account.
what went wrong? I don't know. If I was reading this review I might be prone to believe the mistake was on my end, but I'm personally left in the position of being a bit wary of naps in the future.
on reading this though, just thought i should add that i tried to communicate with naps through extensive e-mail correspondence and received what i thought were evasive answers. eventually they pretty much just stopped replying. in case it wasn't obvious, 1,000$ set me back quite a bit. I would have hoped they would make that right. Anavar though... can be tricky getting the good stuff. opportune maneuver for what seemed like an expensive beginner cycle, I'm guessing

The Napshelp or live chat functions are most useful. I have never had an issue getting a reply here or on another board within a short period of time. Naps gets many PMs but always gets back to me and has really gone out of the way to make my order go through even when I was the one who messed up. Very responsive and always polite and professional.
T/A for the Alpha line is amazingly fast, I was caught off guard twice how quickly I got my gear. The rest of the lines of products including my favorite, GP, come within around 14-17 days for me and thats not business days. Never over 3 weeks in 6 orders. Packaging for a large order was great just as it was for a smaller order, They ensure you will not receive a bunch of broken vials or damaged product.
Cannot allow myself to order from any other sources from here on out, Naps makes loyal customers and I am one of them. My life has improved in some serious ways from putting on quality muscle, to my sex life and then my drive and focus allowing me to reach other goals aside from just looking good with my shirt off. I implore anyone to consider the GP line and would gladly give my experiences or input in more detail if you want to know more, as I am on my Modafin right now and could type all day

I also am very displeased.(look at similar's comments below from others) I have ordered twice before from Napsgear and received my product in a timely manner. I recently ordered again and after a week they cancelled my order(they claim it was unavailable for pick up). I checked with WU and the funds was paid and received(the receiver pocketed the funds per WU). I have been writing to Naps since Dec 2015 and even sent them documents from WU of funds being received. I'll they do is stall and wait for you to lose interest( which i did..lol). Its the luck of the draw with them. Other then that, their product is legit.

Let me start off by saying. I had a lot of faith in naps after reading all of the recent pos reviews. This is my second time using naps. I had a successful order with them go through about 2yrs ago. However, the products I ordered at that time were not very effective. I have been juicing on and off for about 10yrs now. So I'm not a newby. I decided to give them another try this time since I am in need of another supplier after hulk went down. To cut it short. I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago. The money was sent Sunday night through mg. I sent an email the same night and the money was picked up the next morning. Never received a response and my order was never updated.I have sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks. I have just been trying to get a response from naps so I know everything is ok. I have not received 1 response back from them. I feel really stupid now since I know they read the email about the money. However, now I can't get them to respond to a single email or update my account with a new status.I don't under stand how there can be so many good reviews on naps communication and support. This is the first time I've ordered through Napsgear and I couldn't be happier. Their website is detailed, informative and easy to navigate. Their prices are great, especially with the weekly specials.
I didn't need any. Once I placed the order their system was updated every step of the way. Their FAQ's really explain the process well.
The packaging was great. Very discreet and well protected. The only thing that could improve would be the tracking system. The tracking didn't update until I received the order.
My order took exactly 21 calendars days from the ship date to my door step on the west coast.

-4Very dissapounted I have ordered before from Napsgear recieved it in several parcels thats okay. I recently ordered again a fairly large order and after a week they cancelled my order I checked with Western Union the money was paid and picked up. So basically they stole my money collected over 600 us dollars and cancelled my order. Buy at your own risk I will never buy from them again unless they make it right.

I've ordered from Naps probably over a half dozen times now in the past 2 or 3 years. Been very happy so far. Plan on ordering this week again. Prices are good and always receive products within 3 to 4 weeks in the US.
GP Tren Ace 100: Definitely not fake in 4 cycles. Noticeable results (strength, leanness, size) and side effects (slightly higher aggression, lethargy, and night sweats even in cool temps.)
Dragon Cyp: Pretty low dose (150 mg per week), but libido never waivers.
Arimidex: Forgot brand, but seems legit. Controls any sign of gyno for me.
Sun Pharma Caber: 2 weeks in, seems good so far.
Sometimes I've been able to use the chat immediately but mostly had to email questions. Response times have always been within 24 hours.
Never gotten anything later than 4 weeks after order. Packaging is good. The tracking can be a bit funny sometimes. What I mean is, a carrier's website (either an international one or the USPS) will have information on the tracking number and it'll be the same for a while with no updates whatsoever. Then I'll come home one day and the package will be in my mailbox. More accurate international tracking would be nice, but again the products have never failed to arrive later than the estimated date.

It's always hard to judge each piece of gear when you are taking several items, that's my opinion. I noticed libido spikes in about two to two and a half weeks. I always kick start with Test P or Sus to get the quick spike in libido and strength. Strength and endurance went through the roof by week 2 and 3. I don't lift to be big and heavy. I instruct basic level fitness that includes mostly calisthenics. Started at 222 lbs 18%. I finished at 216 about 13 to 14%.

I have ordered from napsgear since 2013. The products have mostly all been quality. I have ordered steroids, ED medication, antibiotics, and other prescription medication. I can't really complain about the quality of the products, nor the time it took to receive them. I've never had a shipment not arrive in the timeframe quoted. The one time they did send the wrong product, they quickly sent the correct item and told me to keep the incorrect. Until recently, I've been pleased enough to keep coming back and recommending the site often to friends.
But the last two orders I've placed, January and just last week, there has been a marked difference. Payment was a hassle on the January order and for the most recent order, because MoneyGram had exceeded daily limit, they cancelled my order and asked that I use bitcoin or western union. Now I have to now get my money back from Moneygram (hassle) and then try to send it through western union. For the past year, I had been actually using a credit card to pay for my orders which was very convenient. January, that option wasn't available. And most recently not available. I'm not sure what's going on over there, but the reason I'm here is look into my other options. I guess all good things must come to an end at some point.
