Napsgear is the best product I've found!! The deal is fantastic and the staff is awesome. I ordered Oxandrolone, concerning the product, nothing kicks as good as this! I ordered 2 packages and arrived quickly, nicely package and stealth. I followed the advices form Staff (Napshelp) regarding dose, my cycle was 6 weeks only Oxandrolone and I began to see how my muscles swelled up in week 2. My weight went from 92 to nearly 96 kg!! + 1This is my 6th order with naps and the first i haven't received, tracking information hasn't been updated since the 5th of March. Previous experience with naps was 5 star and I'm disappointed about this although i understand this is out of their control.
Im posting on here to see if the napsgear representative can help me out and to notify others as i see I'm not the only one that hasn't received my order recently.

Customer service gives me the run around telling me to wait longer.
First time ordering, entire ordering process was smooth. Placed order on 02/17 sent my money everything was picked up and processed and my order Shipped out on 02/24. As of 03/23 the package has not been delivered and the Tracking has not been updated since 02/29. Still showing "In Transit" From the origin country.

Communication has been good will see what happens now since i contacted them saying this has not been delivered yet.
Ordering and Sending Money took about a week. 4 weeks later and my order still has not arrived yet.
Read solid reviews on them and went with Naps hope i dont regret it. I understand shipping takes some time but they estimate 2-3 weeks for delivery and it has been 4 weeks and my tracking has not been updated in almost 3 weeks. As of today PER the tracking this has still not even reached the destination country. Hoping it gets here by next week as summer is fast approaching
Usually I never had a problem with naps from shipping but something is going wrong. I've only partially received my order. The test I received in a week and the tren I'm still waiting. It's an order I've put in early February and haven't received any updates.

I'm torn as to whether or not to recommend them at this point. Usually I have no issues, but something is going wrong.

No way of tracking and you just end up waiting and waiting. Placed an order in early February and still no order. Just get told to wait longer when contacting naps. This is the longest I have ever had to wait for an order from them before.

I got 2 alpha pharma test cyp from the last promo they had going on.

My order was split into a few small shipments, i think 3 in total. the 1st two came earlier than predicted. The last one, did not show up (not to me anyway). I notified Naps. From what I can tell, it was not Naps fault but they helped me out and reshipped. This time, it arrived. Without going into detail, this is just awesome service. you can't expect service this great. In my business life, its near impossible to get people or businesses to take responsibility for things they are responsible for, never mind helping you out when they are not responsible. Naps had me won over before but this just strengthened my loyalty.

Ordered on Dec 22nd. After not receiving my order NAPS determined it was lost and would reship, but only after having me jump through hoops and go way out of my way to prove I didn't receive. So, I just received the reshipped item yesterday, yes, March 16! So almost 3 months to get order. Ordered "BRAND" Viagra, you know, the Pfizer kind. I've been prescribed by doctor but thought id get it cheaper here as advertised. As soon as I opened package I could tell it was wrong. The color of the pills varied in the packages. NAPS told me they can do that. Sir, a multi Billion dollar company with strict quality control will not do that! The pills are stamped "Pfizer" some double stamped or not stamped to correct depth. OK, I'm thinking if it works the same, I'll use it and just not order. Tried it last night, absolutely worthless. I've ordered other things which I'm guessing were ok, but this stuff is fake all the way. For the NAPS rep reading this, I'm pretty sure you really don't care that I will NEVER give you my business again. As far as your email saying you've tried it and it was good, save that for someone that never had the real stuff. Keep my 300.00, I don't need it that bad.
