Check out Rule1 Proteins if you are up to something new. I've got a sample from them at the last Arnold in Ohio. I liked it, its consistency was similar to ON Whey Gold Standard.
Salted Caramel taste was very good. According to the label claims their hydr6iso whey seems to be g2g.

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? I've use Iso100 as my go-to powder since ages, this one might be a challenge. Smile

This is a very pragmatic approach and I can't argue with this and have never intended to. Smile
I just recommended a powder I tried and I liked the taste and the quality indicated by the label.
That's it, it just a protein powder.

Take it easy, bro. Peace. ;)

We use SynthePURE by Synthetek. Its the best whey isolate out there IMO.

Im old skool I still go with Muscle Milk. It just gives a fullness to the muscles imho, it tastes goods and digests easily.

Rough's picture

I agree. I've used quite a few different brands & muscle milk gives a fullness to the muscles that I really haven't had with others.

Costco has the best price in my opinion Gold standard is my pick bang for buck. I used rule 1 which is made by the original formulaters of ON gold standard really clean isolate try the lightly salted carmel.

Just because it fits into this thread. A study showed that most of the big companies whey protein has an extremely low content of BCAA in it. Way below what they claim on their labels:

The big companies have to make something good now and excited to see how they are going to explain these bad results.

I buy in bulk, I don't care about the brand as long as the stuff inside works and taste good. I don't like how ON tastes

ON Gold Standard Whey. Costco has it at 6.35lbs (90/24g protein servings) for $59.99. It is $12 off in a couple days, and I believe even nonmember can get it off their website.

If you want bulk grab a 25 or 50lb box of isolate from muscle gauge nutrition, you can google a coupon code for 20-30% off and it tastes good. I think my last one was 218 shipped for 25lbs of cinnabun isolate. It tastes very good and mixes instantly too. My go to post workout is dymatize's hydrolyzed whey, it's the quickest digesting you can get and you can almost chug it without any problems. Post workout I don't want to be sipping my shake, my muscles say feed me asap. Post workout right now: 130 grams dextrose and 50 grams isolate then ghrp6 and hgh followed by the largest meal I can get down 1 hr post workout, no rules. Dymatize mixes as soon as you put a scoop in water, it tastes good, isn't super expensive, especially online but in a pinch I buy it at gnc and it still is cheaper than alternatives

I tried dextrose a while ago. Was too sweet for me, so I gave it to a mate. But thanks for the info I will take a look.

It grows on me, I started low at 50 grams and it kinda tasted like cheesecake to me with vanilla whey, at 130 grams it's overpowering and the powder alone takes up most of the blender bottle. The worst thing I've ever had was waxy maize. It's so vile and it's really just overpriced corn starch.... What a god damn ripoff, oh and we were lied to when they told us it's a fast insulin spiking carb, it's not.... Fuck you supplement industry

https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein

Anyway, I 2.nd optimum nutrition's whey. Until now, the best taste I had and fine powder which desolves way better then myprotein for example...so the labdoor test only shows a ranking on ingredients, just as a sidenote

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard has been my go-to recently.
