Red Itchy welts after injection of rat
So I have just started a new HGH experiment and have been getting the itchy red welts that have been talked about. Some say that it is impurities, low grade HGH, and that it could be the amino acid sequence is at 192 instead of 191. All plausible but a test would be very helpful as well I think and expensive. Does anyone know of a facility that tests for the purity of HGH? Would be the best way of going about this unless someone has something otherwise. I also heard this on another forum, which was interesting.
As a molecular biochemist that routinely works with Peptides I can tell you guys a simple test that you can do at home to see if your HGH is the real deal. Also, for those of you that have red welts, itching, and sore spots at injection sites, I will explain here briefly what is likely going on.
You all know the HCG test with the pregnancy strips so I won't go into that. To test you HGH,
1. Reconstitute it.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
3. Put your HGH vial (which you are sacrificing) into the boiling water for 2 min.
4. Look to see if the solution turns milky/cloudy white.
If your HGH is real it will turn cloudy/milky white after this procedure.
- Let the vial set aside at room temperature for one day.
- If the solution becomes clear again and you don't see any milkyness then the HGH is fake.
Posted below is a COA obtained from a large manufacturer. Note the contaminants that are commonly found in HGH powders and their threshold limit values per WHO regulations. HGH is produced through recombinant gene expression in e.coli bacteria. These bacteria produce a lot of toxins in the manufacturing process that are painstakingly removed from the HGH whilst maintaining HGH in its active form.
Depending on the quality of the isolation process varying amounts of these toxins will be present in the powder. Even the most expensive HGH preparations will contain at least some of these toxins. These bacterial produced toxins are likely the cause of many of the skin reactions reported here as they are triggers for the bodies immune response. They are nothing to worry about so long as they are not present in any lethal quantity which they are nowhere near.
Hope that clears things up for everyone.

I had them a few weeks. Went away over time. Now I don't get them at all. I think it was more in likely a reaction. I swear by my stuff so I doubt it's Chinese or peptides..
StevebIs your HGH pharmaceutical grade? The fact that you were getting red welts before and not anymore just means your Chinese HGH has inconsistent quality control. The batch you got first was just contaminated.
According to my source it is pharma quality. Bad batch? Maybe...Either way it's good to go. They're is hundreds of positive reviews on what I'm using currently. I understand your statement though, does make sense.
StevebDude it's either pharma or not, It can't be pharmaish. If it's not pharma grade and it does not say where it is from then there is a 99.99% chance it is from China. Is you
That means absolutely nothing. There has been so many peptide combos being passed off as HGH and when tested they score as good or better than pharma grade.
If your HGH is from the same source you posted in?
Sure it's not pharma! I don't have a Rx. I'm done here. Maybe try it out and see what you think. That's all I can say.
StevebTry peptides and you'll feel the same.
So you're saying there is not generics as good as pharma? Let's be real here.

Right on!
There used to be legit pharmacy grade from China and there still is some coming out of there. Just harder to come by these days now that the fakes have realized how much money they can make. This stuff is from China and you are right about making them peptides that replicate igf 1 and GH serum. But I'll take that as long as they're aren't to many heavy metals or contaminants in there.
Anyway that you could pm me and let me know what kind you were using? Just curious and trying to get an idea of what is out there
StevebThat is a normal side effect of anything made in China. If it didn't kill you it was probably made in a state of the art Chinese lab.
So keep taking it then huh, and get my labs done and make sure everything is elevated?
StevebNo, it's not real HGH. Your labs might come out with elevated GH Serum and IGF numbers but peptides can do that too. Chinese HGH is almost always a combination of peptides being passed off as HGH. The way I see it if you can't afford real pharma HGH stick with a combination of peptides you like. At least you will know what the hell you're putting into your body.
Thats not true imho. I don't trust research websites, half of their stuff is bunk or underdosed so it's also a game. In my opinion, if you can't get pharma hgh, forget hgh and use aas
StevebIGF is expensive and most likely to be faked or under dosed. I have ordered GHRP6 and a few other peptides from different sources and they have all been good. It has been harder to find good IGF1-LR3 though. And some people do not want to use steroids.
bigmurphVery true
Sound advice. Just started looking at CJC-1295, MOD- GRF 1-29 and GHRP-6. I'm just looking to heal up my rats ligaments at the moment and could use the boost but want my rat to be as safe as possible. If you have any recommendations I would love your opinion.
Also, would love to experiment with TB 500 and BPC 157 but all sources suck because they need to use recombinant DNA techniques to make that stuff and don't know anyone out there that does that.
StevebI have no idea how peptides are made. I just know which ones work for me and which ones don't because I use them on myself and not rats.
Just trying to be cautious and not talk about too much. If they work for you then that is awesome. I'm still trying to understand everything before I start taking anything at all. Too many fakes trying to make money and not sell a quality product. Rather get something worth while and not have to inject a bunch of random crap.
bigmurphCan you give some links on this I would like to read more because I have looked around and not come across this information. If you provide links I will give you some karma for this post because im very interested in this.
Here is the link where I found that. It was on a different forum and I wanted to contact the guy to see what his story was but he hasn't been on that forum for quite a while now. There is a link to a PDF at the bottom that is an analysis of HGH that I can't make heads or tails of. Really curious if this actually works but couldn't find anything else out there either. Figured someone had to have heard about this at some point. Let me know if you hear anything else.

I fucking hate that site, full of bs information and reps pushing their "magical" supplements to everyone. In their book, any pct that does not inculde at least $500 worth of their products is incorrect. Watch out, don't get scammed
bigmurphIts that type of place im not even going to waste my time looking into it thanks for the heads-up
bigmurphI'm going to check it out
Let me know what you come up with
