Just put a few things together for anyone who wants to know a few things about deca durabolin. Some good information to know about it.
1) it's definitely great for adding size and strength.
2) it has incredible benefits for joints
3) it improves bone density
4) it increases your red blood cell count
5) it doesn't convert to estrogen at a very high rate
6) it will shut down natural testosterone production
7) it can have a long term effect on your libido
8) nolvadex is not good to use after completing a deca cycle
9) it helps muscles retain nitrogen which promotes major growth
10) it will raise your progesterone levels
11) you should never mix deca with any other 19nor compound
12)peoples body reacts differently to deca durabolin. Not everyone experiences the same effects.

I have mixed 2 19nor
i have run 400mg decca + 400mg Tren + Test @ 750mg
Im not saying its ok, im saying that i have done it, and i cant report any issue.
i had letrozole and Dostinex on hand.
Its the 3rd time i have run this combo, everyone reacts diffrent, so for me keeping the 19nors under 900mg would pose no real issues.

Good post except the myth of nolva with deca. You can use nolva while on deca and as part of pct.
bigmurphI will be honest I believed the myth i thought you could not take nolva with nor19 compounds i thought you had to wait till the compound clears your body before or supposedly you would get sick.

Nice post everything very true i will say it has always been a favorite especially at my age and the joint issues i have from 30yrs of pounding iron. Downside it has always gave me gyno issues and people often think this is caused by estrogen when in fact most the time it is progesterone. Also the dreaded deca dick. I have found though that NPP (nandrolone phenyl prop) for me deca dick isnt a problem and much quicker ester with all the other good benefits.

The best prolactin control is pramipexole, BUT that's only on paper because most people cannot tolerate the sides it gives. Caber is much more user friendly but doesn't have as many benefits as prami does
