Taking tren/t400/masteron dosage and suggestions
ad
Will be starting cycle in march, just want some suggestions on dosage for the above cycle. masteron will be 200mg and tren will be 250mg enthanate. I was thinking of running 600mg t400/125mg of tren/200mg masteron. Do i need to worry about any potential issues regarding blood count, like eq?

bro im not telling you to take tren but, if you do, never take tren enanthate as a first time.. always go with tren ace to pop the tren cherry.. sides from tren are ridiculous .. night sweats, insomnia.. and the worse it fucks with your head.. short esters gets out of your system faster.if you are not able to handle the sides.. reconsider it.. you will thank me later ..
Tren is never a good idea and a fucking shit idea if your only 3 cycles in....hard words you may think.
But trust me leave the Tren alone it will do you a world of good..
There are a lot of good compounds out there that will give the same if not better results when mixed with a good diet and cardio.
I would like to think you've done some research on Tren before considering to take it, if not then read the pros and cons of this compound but paying close attention to the CONS
good luck
I'm here to learn, I'd rather have someone not beat around the bush, I haven't done a ton of research besides talking to some buddies who have taken it, from what I've noticed is most people take way to much tren compared to the test, I was going to take 125 mg and 600 mg of t400
Ok............. good luck
Viking how would you feel about ghost writing some articles for me, and a newsletter. I wont get into it on here, but I would make it worth your while, PM me if you are interested
ty
You think Viking is for sale? I cannot speak for him but I think it is safe to say your words are insulting. I only hope he is willing to accept your apology.
I would take a deep breath first off
2ndly viking is an absolutely boat full of knowledge, he obviously likes writing articles and helping people out or he wouldn't be on here, this is such a limited community because a) All AAS users b) most people use other websites for knowledge, the facts are pretty straight in that 90% of people who get into fitness, aren't going to do steroids, don't want to get ripped, they just want to have better sex, looking better naked, and have confidence in themselves
I've heard him talk before that he wants to get out of giving advice for AAS, and go more towards dieting and training, which is exactly the kind of person I'm looking to work with
I'd feel reaching to more people, and getting out of the AAS usage, gearing more towards nutrition and training would just add that much more to your legacy
*bows down to a god *
only a normal man bro................................ but thanks for the props
Viking have you ever ran a carb cycle during off season, looking to put on some mass, but don't want to put on a bunch of fat, what would you recommend, I had my TDEE calculated by a body pod, came out around 2900 calories (moderate excersise I usually train 5 days a week for 60-90 mins with cardio)
27, 185lbs, as far as meals per day, can you really cramp that 2900 calories +- 20% in 3-4 days, I'm not exactly 100% on the literature out there, but I know there is a bunch of fabs like warrior diet etc, were people are getting those calories in 3 meals not 6-7
Thanks
i dont do any of that fancy stuff bro, i am either eating normal (bulking) and the only time i ever changed my diet was for comp prep!.... even now i get around 3500 cals pr day from only having 3 meals... when i was hard at it i would have six or seven meals and be looking for between 7500/8000 cals .... what i eat now i just class as a maintenance diet to keep me floating around 240lbs.
When i see diets listed on here with like 300 carbs and 100 fats i laugh like fuck!... diets that light are ok for a guy that as already built a strong/solid foundation but absolutely no good for a body weight hunter.
What you need to do is drop the cardio and hit compound exercises targeting all the primary muscles, forget all the fancy shit until a real cutting session takes place..... you must know in your own mind a target body weight you want, my suggestion is to stay bulking with basic movements until you hit the desired weight, even if it takes two or even three years.
I remember being 180 and it took me a full six years to achieve 270+...... i probably could have gotton there faster but i chose to carry on competing so i wasted a lot of bulking time through keep yoyoing to get ripped for the stage, if i could turn the clock back i would and would have stuck with bulking big time for longer.
For a proper Bodybuilder carrying fat is not a problem, when a hard core ripping diet occurs it shifts real fast and also gives added energy and strength which in turn helps to build a better, more full bellied physique when the fat is shed ... in fact! i will go as far to say a moderate to high fat diet is essential if you plan on giving it the full blast intensity a real muscle building training protocol needs.
If like most you just want to look fit or wear tight T-shirts, then my advice is useless!..... if you truly want to be a monster then give my words a good think about
Yea definitely would like to get above 200, I here what your saying everytime I go to get cut for summer, I end up losing a ton of weight, and alot of muscle at the same time....
What kind of macros would you recommend for a bulk? I calculated my TDEE to be 2723, I have cycled before in the past and I actually liked it as far as the carb cycles, I think on my high days I was around 3700 calories and my low days was 2900? Doing 1g carb per pound of lean bodyweight on low days, and 3g per pound of lean bodyweight on high days
Would you say just scrap that for the bulk and keep calories consistent?
thanks for the advice
So applying Viking advise, why not just add a good 1000 calories minimum to take you to 3700. Run high protein (300g minimum) and take in solid low GI carbs throughout the day and even some more refined carbs immediately post workout. Keep your fats nice and on the high side. If you want a macro breakdown suggestion here is one - 300g protein, 400g carbs, 100g fat. If you're going to do this you've got to break this mindset of worrying about putting on fat. You will. But the extra muscle and the fat means more weight which means you can lift heavier as weight/mad moves weight bro. 200lb is a modest goal and you can do this easily natty as I said below. If you're really worried about gaining some fat then use the cyclical bulking approach outlined below. It will still be more effective than all this carb cycling and "lean bulking" which is basically spinning your wheels. But it depends on what you really want bro. Only you know that. But "looking good" at 200lb for a 27 year old doesn't need aas cycles. Trust me.
Dacky I want to play a little bit of devils advocate. What is your opinion on denaturing protein when you heat up the food (ie cooking chicken on a bbq) there is a lot of literature that shows you basically will get 50 lost during cooking and 50 during digestion
From the way I understand it: when we apply high heat to food, over 115 degrees Fahrenheit, the hydrogen bonds are destroyed and the amino acids fuse together with enzyme-resistant bonds that preclude them from being fully broken down by the body, creating coagulated proteins. This changes the particular structure of proteins, which are three-dimensional. Their particular functions depend on their specific structure, rendering them unable to ‘fit’ and interact with other molecules of complementary shape, ultimately rendering them less useful to the body. For example, the protein molecule hemoglobin can then no longer fit with and transport oxygen and is incapable of performing its specific function.[i] According to the Max Planck Institute, cooking foods coagulates at least 50% of the protein[ii], making them less bio-available to the body.
So i mean 50% that sounds insane right, what is your real world experience, have you noticed differences between lets say 200-300g of protein, and do you get most of your protein from meats? Or from something like spirulina
No mate I don't agree. This question is probably more appropriate for the diet and nutrition forum but nevertheless I'll give it a go. I'm not going to be providing a massively scientificly focused answer.
Basically you need/want to cook your protein to help your body with the process of digestion and making the amino acids available for the body to use. It has been scientifically proven that cooking your protein aids in this process as does pre-digestion (chewing your food). Basically your want the complex protein molecules to be broken down from this form into their more simple basics amino acids. In other words the denaturing effect of cooking is desirable. It is true that cooking at really high heat or moderate heat for an extended period of time can cause them to bond and make them useless. Lysine, cysteine and glutamine are the aminos to note here. Not a problem unless you like your steak extra well done - and let's be honest who the hell does.
Cooking also has the desirable effect of removing dangerous bacteria. So all in all I think you have little to worry about in terms of loss/wastage. That old "50% of protein is lost from cooking" I believe is a myth that has been properly debunked.
My real world experience sees me getting my protein from a number of different sources. Eggs, beef, chicken, fish, dairy. I have no digestion issues and use a probiotic. And yes I have noticed a significant difference between 200 and 300g of protein - especially when bulking. I have used 200g on a cut but running a cycle and found that effective at maintaining muscle mass but generally I would run that macro higher even on a cut and reduce carbs and fats further.
Hope this helps.
I'll try it out dacky, 300g sounds a little high to me, but I have never ran that high, so Ill try it for a couple months, and keep yea in the loop on updates!
thanks
Give it a go and apply the info brother Viking provided below regarding aiding digestion. Invaluable real world advise there for free. Awesome stuff!
Right there ^^^^^^^^................ +3 all day.
Yous having another 3 when that new avi pops up............ lol
Hahahaha. I though you and Rusty may like that one :-)
Yes i would bro, in fact as the body weight gradually increases you should keep on adding 500 cals every week to stave off any plateaus..... keep ramming the food in and forget all this fancy stuff, ask anyone on here who is above 230 and higher if they follow all this new fangled maths stuff and they would probably not know what you were talking about lol............ eat, eat, then eat more if you want to get really big..... there is NO other way.
500 calories a week holy fuk, will I be able to shit! lmao
All seriousness, Ill definitely try it out, pumping in multi vitamins/omega/
do you take any aids for digestion when cramming down this much food?
Fresh Pineapple, Camomile tea, drinkable Aloe Vera,....... lots of things you use to aid digestion, you should research (everyone should) and experiment with digestive aids even moreso than researching steroids.... DIGESTION is the key to creating protein synthesis!... pooor digestion leads to food wastage = lack of growth.
Try everything.... Herbals, natural fruits, enzymes etc etc..... find what works best for you.
My wife, Suzy B on here suffers from IBS... now if you check her pics you have to wonder how on earth we got her to that level suffering from such a bad digestion issue?...... answer is ALL the things i mentioned above using combos with differing protein sources..... example ; some leafy veggies would wreck her until we experimented and found Aloe was the one to use with them, pineapple bromelain for red meat etc.......... Experimentation is key to achieving the goal.
Nice Ill definately keep that in the back pocket if I have issues with digestion, I do a shot of Apple cider vinegar in the morning, might have to ad aloe vera juice to my smoothies!
thanks!
Vike uses more food to help digest whatever had the balls not be digested the first time.
There are a few steps to follow this:
1)Throw kitchen utensils in the garbage.
2)Buy a shovel
3)Buy large mixing bowls
4)Mix food in mixing bowls
5)Shovel mixed food into mouth
6)...?
7)Profit
Perfect!!
+3............ the avi nailed it lol
RustyhookerBout correct. Lol
get a christmas tree as your Avi bro............................. cheer me the fk up please
RustyhookerFuture house. Gotta win lotto.
Very nice!!
I feel all warm and fuzzy now bro............ i loves a bit of christmas, suze has gone to town here... place looks like santas grotto lol
RustyhookerMy wifey too. The lights everywhere has inside lit up like a night club. Lol
yous having a 3 for that avi bro.................. perfect lol
RustyhookerClassic fun. Back before all this complicated life.
We've chatted before so I know this will be your 3rd cycle. Way too soon to be considering Tren my friend - especially at your age.
Lay out your priors, goals, diet, training regime etc as has already been asked for or you're not going to get any service. Also and very important - when we last spoke you were going to get bloods done. Have you done this? If so please share and if not then please do and share.
Lastly when do you plan to start your run? If I remember correctly you were just starting PCT and that was about a month or so ago. Time on = time off plus PCT minimum!
So goals will to be putting on some size, honestly this last cycle I was lazy as fuck, didn't diet, I'm heading overseas so I have been cutting up, sitting around 10% bodyfat right now, I'd like to get up to 195lbs, and keep that size through the summer.
Next cycle I will be carb cycling, running about 3500 on high cal days, and 2800 on low cal days, my shoulder is still fucked, as well as my knee, definitely need to pay attention to more functional exercises, and stretching, as these have been the reasons for my injuries, want to add size to my chest and legs
I haven't got my bloods tested as they are $200, (I looked into it) which I can't afford right now, I was going to talk to my doctor see what he says, but I dont want it on my file for insurance reasons. I'm still on my PCT I'm done Dec 20th, so I will be near the end of march for the start
Here what I think. You're 27 and 185lb/10% BF (you said 13% earlier) and your goal is to add 10lb of mass. You don't need an aas cycle to do this. You need to focus on your diet and training. By your own admission your diet was not on point last time. So get hat sorted now and bulk naturally. At low body fat your body is primed to add muscle mass and limited fat. So eat right, train right (heavy weights low reps) and rest a lot and you will grow. AAS is a recovery took and my view given your stats is you don't need it for your goals. Check out these links written by Makwa on dieting to bulk which has all the info you need to do this natty:
https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/spinning-your-wheels
https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/i-know-my-tdee%E2%80%A...
https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/the-key-to-quality-mas...
The argument for doing this natty is further strengthened by the fact that you won't/can't pull bloods so if your run a cycle (even a simple test cycle never mind an advanced stack like you suggested earlier) your doing this blind. How do you dose your AI effectively. If you run Tren (and I strongly suggest you DO NOT) how to you monitor your prolactin levels and dose your DA effectively. What about the impxt to your thyroid, what about your lipids, liver, renal function, electrolytes and blood count (hemoglobin and hematocrit specifically). Get your mass up natty. Learn to diet and training properly to do this (you need to be able to successfully run a cycle properly and not incorrectly rely on the aas or you just lose your gains when your cycle is over). Save and budget so you can afford bloods for when/if you do run a cycle.
I'm guessing this is not what you want to hear. At the end of the day you will do what you want but I do hope you will listen and put your health and safety first. Good luck fella.
Oh I now dacky lol its definitely not what I want to hear, but its the truth, I actually was naturally most of my life, and just kind of jumped on the AAS train without really doing any research into it (stupid) I know my diet needs to be on point for sure, just been lazy, I definitively view AAS as an easier way, which after this last cycle my gains weren't all that great compared to what they could have been partly because my diet was garbage,
bigmurphAt 26 you should not be on tren
We need alot more information
Stats prior cycles what you want to get out of this cycle
Diet and exercise program
RustyhookerStats, priors, goals?
Been training for 10 years, competed a couple times, have done 2 cycles, first one was test enth, was taking 3 ccs a week, broke like a mother fucker, 2nd cycle was just done 400mg t400 250mg eq a week, felt great, was working through injuries which sucked, but felt good, was lazy didn't diet and basically ate everything in front of me lol
This cycle I want to take more seriously I will be dieting through, looking to get back into competing been lazy lately, and I will be getting back into the swing of things maybe compete again, I would like to break over 195lbs, more so putting size on my legs and back< i have a big chest and arms
5'6 185 lbs 27 13% bf
RustyhookerThen why not a good old test and oral cycle. Test, mast e and var last part of cycle.
test and mast e for 12 weeks or 16 weeks? How long would you run var the last 4 weeks
