I am currently off cycle and trying to get as much knowledge as possible for my next one. I want to put on a solid 30 to 40 lbs. Any thoughts on cycle. Also Because of past injuries heavy weight is hard on me, any thoughts on splits, rep range, amount of sets etc.
Food wise i am thinking
4500 calories
400g protein
540g carbs
135g fat

Thank you guys for the feedback. I plan on getting back on a cycle soon Im thinking 12 weeks 1000mk test e, 600mg of deca and 50mg of dbol first 4 to 6 weeks. I hate to admit it but when I say cycle I was on a cruising dose of 500mg of test for a long time over a yr. I have made many mistakes and I realize that. I want to do things right going forward so Im trying to learn. I good friend of mine pointed me to this site. The food thoughts I put above im not hitting yet, but im working towards it.
I know I need more im trying to get there. Also there are so many opinion and thoughts on cycles when to run clomid, arimedex, hcg.... I honestly get confused with all of it.
bigmurphWhen was the last time you were off cycle you say you cruise at 500mg for around a year now unless you plan on staying on for the rest of your life you need to do a strong pct clomid nolva hcg and start getting bloods until either you come back to a stable point or then you will have to get some advice from the guys on trt don't get back on cycle soon you definitely need some blood work done see where your at health wise and what all your levels are if you need advice on what to take for a strong pct reply and I will try to help
What is TRT? I have been of that dose for 4.5 weeks now. I took 5000uis of hcg for spread out over the first 3 weeks. I had clomid and arimedex coming and it fell through. I had blood work done. My liver is good. Im waiting on my test level results. I am hoping to get my wife pregnant. I have heard that I can order everything I need from this site and that it is relatively safe and reliable. I do need your advise. I also want to make sure I do this right when I get back on. From start to finish so I dont end up doing dumb shit again!!
bigmurphYou can't buy anything here but you can do research on places that you can get things from don't do anything till your get your blood work back when you do post it and ask for advice on what you should do. Trt is testosterone replacement therapy hope that you don't need it and your test levels come back
To give you an indication I'm 6-1 and around 275-280. 4500 kcals and I'd drop weight. You're a big boy, got to eat like a big boy.
30 to 40 lbs eh? Are we to assume you are looking to "clean bulk" 40 lbs on your frame? Your goal may be a bit unrealistic. AAS is not what you need, you need 10k cal a day diet.
I can tell you now that 4500 calories on a 6'8 frame is not going to produce 30-40lbs, unless your 70+ years old and sit in front of the boob tube all day I don't see it happening.
When you get that figured out then we can talk gear.

bigmurphHey brother how are you when you say several cycles how many exactly over what amount of time and you say you ran test any other compounds. How did you run the cycles 10wks 12wks test propionate test enanthate.it looks to me like you are eating enough those 400grams of protein how much comes from powder.
I'm sure you know gaining 30-40 lbs off a cycle is a great goal but not realistic I do think with a good cycle plus alot of training natural a guy of your size could definitely reach that goal.give us some more information and hopefully we can help you out.
