I'm 6'2 180lbs! any recommendations?

ad

I have never taken any forum of streriod, the only thing I have taken was creatine and notice some change but I also noticed even after a day of not working out you would notice ...I enjoy working out but would like to take something that can increase weight a bit faster as well as lean! Thanks in advanced!

at 6'2 180 you have plenty of room to grow with getting the diet perfected!

figure out your macros and calories required and go from there. See if that can make a difference for you.

My advice would be to keep it simple at first. Focus on heavy compound movement lifts and shoot for at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight a day. You'll grow. Cram vegetables and carbs in as much as you can until you adjust to eating big. Get a foothold on that then start counting macros. Don't go more than two hours without eating something
Start simple. Eat and lift big. Build from there.

Meat builds .......meat!
You need to take a view of being lean or adding mass as there is no such thing as a lean bulk, to get big you need to eat big it's that's simple and with training of course.

Do your best to increase your protein, carbs and fat and for as long as you possibly can......STAY AWAY FROM ANABOLICS! !
And if you really need to then use these as a very last resort, the best of luck to you

Everybody here has good information OP. Let's see that diet! I know you've been eating tuna and rice, and that's great. But if you want to add some size on you're going to need to expand that Arsenal. Get yourself some ground beef and pasta to throw into the mix. It'll still help you hit your macros but you'll be consuming way more calories than tuna and rice can get you!

Carbs are your best friend when you're looking for size. Post up a log of what you eat in a typical day (amounts and all) and we'll work from there.

Thank You Very Much! This is exactly what I wanted to hear and I appreciate all the help....I will be buying some grocies tomorrow to expand and then I will post up what I will be eating! Again thanks

Here is the OP's stats:

Age: 30
Height: 6'2
Weight: 175
BF: PLEASE CONFIRM

You've already said you haven't run any aas cycles before which is a good thing. Welcome to eroids. You're in the right place to get some great advice and make sure you stay safe and don't run a cycle too soon or incorrectly.

The first thing I will ask is to confirm your BF? Next is can your lay out a typical day of eating for you. Breakfast, lunch, dinnwer, other meals, snack. Be as detailed as you can with types of food and portion sizes. I'm not sure if I read your posts right but have you just started training in the gym? If not how long have you been training for? Regardless can you lay out your current training regime?

At 6'2 and 180lb there is plenty to do naturally using the most powerful weapon in your arsenal - food/diet. This coupled with proper training will allow you to develop your base to a point where you are happy or where a cycle may be appropriate depending on your goals. Before I or anyone else can give you some advice on building this base we need to know a bit more per the infor requested above. Please come back to me and I and others will be very happy to help. For now definitely no AAS.

Welcome again fella and look forward to hearing more.

Ive been eating brown rice and tuna for the past 3 weeks and have been working out for the past month in a half....I just want to increase the experience a bit without little to no harm to the body and really see results...

Month in a half

You've been working out for six or seven weeks and you already want to jump on gear? What an utter joke. How about you put some work in and stop being lazy?

Tuna and rice? What are we trying to lose weight? Let's get some dense calorie foods in there.

If you have such a hard time gaining weight then stop worrying about putting on fat! I'm sure when you want to strip the fat off you'll have an easy time of it. So for now start eating everything in sight and be real with yourself with how much you are actually consuming calorie wise.

I know it's not what u wanted to hear brother. The guys here really know there shit. Just stick around do some research. Get your diet and training in check. I promise u can get big with just eating a lot. I have done it. I'm 6'2 and when I started doing AAS I weighed 180. I ran 2 cycles and my diet and training wasn't spot on. Didn't run anything for 2 years got my diet and training on point and gained a good amount of weight with out AAS. It can be done brother. I weighed 220 at the end of that 2 years by the way. That's 40lbs In 2 years just from eatting a fuck load. Consistency is key bro. Just keep eating till u can't eat anymore and train hard as fuck

Thanks for the straight foward input! I have been doing exactly what you say eat eat eat....I was all against roids but I had a cousin take some recently and he was like 140lb and 6"2 and now hes like 190 and looks pretty bad when he use to look like a tweeker.....Im just confused is all because he took them a few months back and is also a diabetic and has no problems since he stop taking them and plus he is still in good health so this has got me thinking is all......he told me what he took but I forgot and I don't want nobody to know if I did start a cycle...

Go to the app store and download my fitness pal. It's super fast and super lean on the wallet.

Great app. I have been using it for a couple years now. Most people have no idea how many calories they are eating on a daily basis unless they weigh and track their food. If you dont know your calories how can you know your macros. I use the free version of the app and it is perfectly fine.
