No carma needed guys. I'm just posting a update of my trap progress. I've always been able to get big through my chest and arms but had problems getting my traps to pop out so the last 3 months at the end of every workout I would do 4 sets of upright rows with my hands together near the center of the bar and pull bar all the way up to bridge of nose then hold for a few seconds and let back down slowly. Shit is brutal on the taps if done proper. Also I have been doing face pulls with the rope attachment and holding when rope reaches my face. For the first time in my life my traps are finally standing up without having to flex them.

rxagentStarting to come out indeed! If you ever feel like changing it up a bit try these they work well for me
Shrugs
45s hold a plate on each hand X 50
Machine 2 plates X 25
3 plates X 15
4 plates X failure
Immediately grab 45s plate on each hand and do as many as possible
This gives a really nice burn and awesome pump pretty intense
With the plates, try a 3 count hold at the top and then full stretch down for the first 12-15 reps then burn it out.
Hell yeah! I love the pump I get from slow reps and holding when muscle is most contracted

I will try this trap workout and I might have to adjust the weight a little but I'll get it in and let you know what I think. And by the way your looking strong yourself brother.
