Gyno rediction via Letro

ad

Going to be using letro to attempt to reduce some pre-existing gyno. I would like to note that I am currently off cycle and have been for several months. Currently I am on day 3 of my letro taper which is:

Day1 - .5mg
Day2 - 1mg
Day3 - 1.5mg
Day4 - 2mg
Day5- 2.5mg

Will be running at 2.5mg for roughly 4-8 weeks upon which hopefully the gyno will be gone. At this point I will reverse the taper back to .5mg and begin taking nolva at 20mg ED for 3-4 weeks. Just wanted to contribute to the forum with a log so anyone who is interested can follow to see how this protocol works. If you have any questions or would like to post feedback, be my guest.

the trick to getting rid of stubborn gyno lumps is to make sure your system is clear of anabolics, once the body is cleared, the sucess rate is almost 100%, its harsh on your system but better than lumps.

letro- 14 days @ 2.5mgs, yes thats right 2.5mgs a day, letro takes 60 days to achieve max blood plasma levels, you will be fine.

at day 10 you add nolvadex in @ 40mgs a day, you do this for 21 days, the over lap is important.

this has worked for heap of people on here, if you have joint issues drink a few shotties of straight olive oil with your fish oils etc etc.

libido issues add some horny goat weed and daa, you should be fine though.

this will get rid of lumps, if you feel sides relax, you will reach homestasis fairly quickly afterwards.

boooom.

its worked for me, and others on here.

Quick update! Been running 2.5mg for a few days and they gyno is def not as hard or large as when i started. Seems as though the letro is helping it. I am noticing some joint pain and lethargy though. I might back down the dose if the sides get worse.

mwagner630's picture

the joint pain and lethargy are a result of low estrogen

I am doing that exact protocol. It seems to be working so far.

Seems like a high dose to me. I used it for the same and never needed that much. The less you can get by with, the better imo.try stopping at 1.5 and see if its shrinking if so, no need to go higher.

If the letro don't work, give pharma grade raloxifene and aromasin a try.

If the gyno just flared up then you might have a chance to reduce it via strong AI like letro. But if its large and old enough then you need to surgically remove it. Ive tried letro+nolva protocol to deal with pubertal gyno before with no success(did look a little shrunk but its still there). Then I eventually got a dr to remove it.

Dr is a family friend so got a good discount on it. Typically you should be expecting to pay ~6k in the US from alot of posts Ive read online. And if you're determined to get the surgery make sure you get the glands removed. Theres a high chance for gyno to return if you only get liposuction and prone to gyno.

How much did that kind of surgery run you? I've got a very slight case, most don't even notice but of course I do. Just curious about what it runs to have it removed.

It's not very big, but I have had it a while. Just figured I would try since I have heard of people reversing gyno that is old with this method. I am sure it doesn't work for everyone, but I think it is worth a try. BTW what was the cost on your surgery?
