+ 1 Lunch Ideas

I need to start bringing my lunch to work. This is for bulking.

Chicken Breast and White Rice
Pot Roast and Potatoes/Carrots

Any other ideas? What do you guys bring for lunch?

Pasta with beef... vary the sauce every time you make it to always keep it fresh.

exactly, eat from 2 to 2 hours. 6 to 8 meals a day

yes i do work, and i wake up at 6 o clock, prepare 8 meals, and at 8 o clock im gone

Lunch? I dont know bro, I count my meals in numbers, usually starting in 1 and ending in 6,7 or 8..

2 cups cottage cheese (ice pack), two large salmon patties, romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes, cheese, red/green peppers, carrots, onion and pint of milk if u can get in the cooler box....

That sounds great except for cottage cheese. I know it's very nutritious but I can't stand it

Well darnit... =)...Sub cottage cheese for casein shake and use part of the pint of milk...

ground turkey ,spinach ,with jasmine rice and add some salsa Or chili,with rice and topped with alittle cheese and onion

I been eatin turkey and rice lately...its better than.chicken.....and higher in protein than chicken too...

I've been thinking about using turkey instead of chicken as well. Are you using turkey breast or ground turkey?

Its the breast...i have been gettin it from wally world...make sure its pink and not gray, or grreen tinted...i=)

Agree'd I love turkey. I'll add ground turkey and brown rice/broccoli to my lunch list!
