This will be my 3rd cycle. I haven't cycled in 2 years so I'm looking for something that will get me back in the game. A solid cycle for me would be 10-12 pounds gained. I'm currently at 185lbs and haven't been exercising consistently or eating well. I still have a good physique but it's time to get back to business.
My next cycle is as follows:
750mg/week Test Cypionate 1-18 weeks
800mg/week EQ 1-18 weeks
50mg/ED Dbol 4-8 weeks
Pct:
Clomid 50/mg ED weeks 1-5 (after cycle)
HCG (use tbd)
Macros: 20%fat/40%carb/40%protein
Calories: 3190 calories at the least

You havent been eating or training consistntely so why no forget the cycle all together for a few months get back into the routine of training and eating, muscle memory will kick in youll gain some mass back and start at a somewhat respectable weight for your height and it will also give your connective tissues and joints a time to get stronger and used to training again so when you do choose to cycle you dont tear something from the increase strength youll experience. Its stupid to use a cycle as a way to motivate you to get back in the gym. Thats a recipe for failure post cycle. once the cycles over youre motivation will be also.
Trust me friend this is in no way a miracle cycle to get me back in the gym. The gyms always been apart of my life. I've just been on a small break. I will have my shit 100 A1 before I even think of starting this cycle. I appreciate the words though. Thanks bro.
edit: it is however a cycle to get back to a monster! I won't start this until my diet is on point and I'm back to 185lbs respectively. Trust me I know steroids are the cherry on top, not the ice cream. The ice cream is us. Everything's gotta be on perfect point before steroids come into play. I'm not looking to waste my money or my time! Thanks again for your concerns though.

I'm gonna hit that! I renew my gym membership tomorrow after work so I'll start that. Haha that's funny you say muscle memory you remember how heavy I've been or what? I might just be able to hit 190 before this cycle. Definitely two months out from starting this cycle so this is perfect. I will start my diet tomorrow too.

What's going on Viking! I remember you too. I've definitely been AWOL from eroids but not the gym in anyway. I've only been out of the gym for a couple months. I still bench 225 for mega reps (at home) and eat 80% clean. I know most guys will take my above statement out of context and I will not be starting this cycle until I'm fixed up perfectly so I really shouldn't of said "not eating well and training consistently" as that will not be when I pin my first.
I will definitely be going with EQ, TEST, and a ORAL. I've used dbol before and I just might again.
Although something draws me to Adrol but I don't want the pronounced puffy look every talks about so well see.

As far as peptides go...from what i have read on here GHRP-6 could benefit you pre and during cycle....if u chose that route....u could have the the appetite stimulus needed to eat and meet ur gains.....
