AnonI knew you were young
It's best to be truthful because it will get you caught up
Free_Tacobellan...Fr sent sir. Would like a chance to talk to you before I accept my ban
TacobellAnonymousYes sir I am so very sorry for this. It was a disrespectful thing to do towards everyone not just you. I hope we can move forward from this and let learn something of this. Thank you again sir for helping me in the end br truthful and honest.
Well done for stepping up when asked to not many would do that...
Due to your age it may be a case of just reading and learning for the next few years so stick around and you will learn a lot whether it be compound or training / diet related.
As I'm sure you know, advice to under 25 is not going to happen now or anytime soon which I hope you understand.
For now keeping hitting it hard and keep it real.
TacobellAnonymousYes sir! First rule of business is listen and learn how to improve my back!
have a great monday (just try to not go crazy lol)
Well there still no answer to below questions and plus you've been online....ummmm that's got me thinking
TacobellAnonymousI changed it sir
Hope he comes back, always been polite and respectful. I just like people to be honest, I guess I'm a little idealistic like that. Whatever the case is I'll help him sort his back out.
Well the truth arose...
Not the best way of doing things but stepped up in the end.....bless him
TacobellAnonymousVery much made my day sir. I was raised to try my best to respect and make others have a better day than before I talked to them. Kindness is key! Thank you again.
Agreed brother C! This young man has always been polite and respectful!
RustyhookerPost your real stats and I'll help you get jacked.
TacobellAnonymousYes sir! I did.
Absolutely. We'll all gladly help the guy, He's not asking for cycle advice so it's irrelevant.
I'm saying early to mid twenties at best but good base.
Holy sh*t bro. Your shoulders look like you have NFL shoulder pads! Well done, mate!
And yeah, coming from a 40+...you sure as hell don't look like 36, but if you are....damn...
Fella I'm just going to say this, that does not look like a 36 year olds back. I think you're young and trying to mislead people.
If I'm wrong, then enjoy the compliment about looking youthful ;)
TacobellAnonymousI was scared sir. I dint want to lose this awesome and uplifting community! Like a family to me. I enjoy learning new things about just diet and training.. This is very also interesting in the drug aspect as I am in medical school myself sir. Dreaming of working with cancer and trt patients as a endocrinologist:) thank you for this kind words sir and have a good day.
No problem and I glad you've come clean. I've sat on judging panels, imagine how many backs I've seen! There are some parts and traits of a physique that only come from years of hard graft, one of the few advantages us old farts have ;)
Anyway, drop me a line and we'll get you on track. There's some tweaks to make to your back training, but lets get a proper look at the rest of your physique first if possible?
TacobellAnonymousFr you and edited this post to add a front picture! If need anymore just ask. I'll take a few tonight after I train
TacobellAnonymousOnly can imagine sir! That grainy muscle maturity just look at john Meadows "old man cranking"
Will gladly post up a picture of my back. I am very busy today but u will post up one i took of a front relaxed from 3 days ago. Thank you very much sir for bating through this with me and not brushing me off. You care alot and want to help that means very much sir!
AnonWell Cat.... If you notice my original reply to the post I said "young bro" as I originally thought yes this guy is young and I check his stats and it says 36 and I immediately think hmmm... Is he hiding his age for some reason . Not sure
I did think that also...
More like young 20's
You got some width there fella and as monstar pointed out...get those traps up and out, try shrugging twice a week ...Let's say on back day and shoulder day if they are 2 or so days apart.
Seated dumbbell shrugs are good because your isolated and can't add the bounce in the legs to try and cheat rep.
If there is a Smith machine in your gym then also try rear shrugs and again because your isolated.
Plus one for the width
TacobellAnonymousThanks you for the plus one brother means alot! Especially as motivation
TacobellAnonymousDefinitely will start focusing on traps! I go to a old school like metroflex so we got everything ;) don't worry
AnonAnd by the way...... Them shoulders are pretty damn wide!
AnonYou got that v taper going... Takes time young bro... Keep at it your on the right track... Build them traps up... To me everything starts with traps and work from there... They enhance the back nicely... Your off to a good start
TacobellAnonymousReally been focusing on traps more! Shoulders andd traps today actually! Thank you bro means alot! Just trying to compete next year hopefully it's been a dream of mine..
AnonThe best advice I can give you is slow and steady wins!! There are no easy short cuts. Take the hard road and you will be happy you did. Train hard.. Eat right .
