new to the forum, but i think this is where i need to be! Posted pic for me is July 2014, at that time maybe 12% bf. Diet fell off some, gained 20 lbs (most visceral from drinking and pizza lol) but getting diet back under control and looking for a solid recomp cycle. Currently 5'11'' 215 lbs give or take, woud like to stay 215 and go from 18-20% back to 12% or so.

A note about the history, 36 yrs old. Been training 5 days a week since 9/2011, was almost 300 lbs prior to that (no workout just BIG lol), plenty of precursor experience, little actual gear for the exception of one cycle of dbol / winny / halos (different times) and Dienolone, great stuff

Thoughts?

Just plain test. And npp. Possibly var don't know yet, I'll tell you in a few weeks. Eq also because it doesn't give me appetite increase.

I have never ran tren so I can't compare it but I am currently doing 500mg/wk of 1-test and loving the results. In the process of doing a recomp and the 1-test is doing wonders. I am up 15lbs and have lost 1/2 on my waist. This is with no cardio and not dieting, just eating alot and eating clean. Vascularity and muscle hardness and fullness are definitelty noticeable. No water retention. Not experiencing any nasty side effects either.

Would be very interested in what you have to say on the compound also, Vewi.

deca for sure. Or tren. But I wouldn't recommend tren until later cycles.

I got very big and very lean from deca 11 weeks cycle. Try test at 700 and deca at 350-400. Add proviron and adex and fuckin enjoy. Caber 0.5mg every 4 days. Explode. You will also get lean but you don't even have to eat really clean just get lots of fats and carbs and watch the mass pile on. Protein doesn't need to be extreme for deca, 300 should do. You get more out of your protein if you carbs and fats are high. Add dbol too 30 mg for 6-7 weeks.

I love deca personally. Yeah it bloats me up but it burns the fat in my mid section and waist.

Yes. Not sure how much actual muscle vs water bloat but I would guess a couple pounds of actual muscle. Scale always goes up while the mid section tightens up.
