+ 15 NEWBIE LOUNGE (here to help you LEARN and GROW)

ad

If your new to GEAR and reading this, the first thing that every Veteran member is going to tell you is research research research.

SO...maybe this is part of your research??

If so...then I would suggest that before you look for a source or put any chemicals in your body, that you read the THREADS contained within various FORUMS this website.

I will try to come in here as often as I can and make suggestions on threads in the forums section and provide links to websites that contain research materials that are user friendly. Everyone is glad your here, and most want to freely answer questions. However, the more you learn, the better you will be able to ask questions and receive answers. SO GET STRONG (Brain and Body)!!!

For tonight here is some suggested reading.

Go to FORUMS section, under NEWBIE CORNER and look for the post entitled PRE CYCLE CHECKLIST by hllwdbdboy.
https://www.eroids.com/forums/newbie-corner/steroids/pre-cycle-checklist

To help keep the thread clean, feel free to send a friend request for one on one questions and I will do my best to answer you or refer you to a good thread by and expert... If you have something to offer make sure you read the FORUM RULES first.

New to the site as well, been lurking for the longest time, im 24 years and 245 lbs at 17% currently on a cut and just "researching" with chemicals. Have not touched gear even once, but maybe in a few years, anyways. My main diet is target keto genic. Ive done literally all types and i can tell you this is one of the most effective if not the most.
I lift once or twice a day the second time being cardio, diet is good mostly fruit, chicken, and sometimes cheats. I just recovered from a massive back and knee injury.

Checking in for the first time. Newbie to site. Representing the old guys. 3 months post back surgery. 45 year old with 4 cycles under belt. Before surgery I was 6'4" 285lbs. 12% BF. All hell has broken lose since. Weight is down 15 lbs. BF% has grown(a lot). Dying to get back in the gym. Hope to be released in 3-4 weeks. Will ease back into it but before surgery I was 5 days a week:

Monday Back Tri 3-5 min HIIT between exercises
Tuesday Leg Calf
Wednesday Chest Bi
Thursday Leg Butt 3-5 min HIIT between exercises
Friday Shoulders Trap

Diet was good, not great, 6 days Low carb High protein ad fats. 1 day High carb to insulin bubbling.

Always open to suggestions but pretty happy where I was and want to hit again. Do love reading others stories..

Hey,

Just checking in. I have 3 cycles under my belt and am moving out of the states for a while so I'm branching out here in hopes of finding solid experience and sources.

Hi!

Thought I would stop by to give props to the companies I have been using for years now, READ THE RULES and READ ALL OF THEM
both are great sources!

Hi there,

Glad to be a new member. I have 2 cycles under my belt and after doing tons of research online and fumbling through a few sources I finally found this gem of a website. I'm ready to go for my third cycle and thrilled to find such a support network for all things gear/BB related.

Thankful that this platform exists; I've been lurking separate sections for some time and have gained valuable knowledge from the posting community in all aspects of human performance. Looking forward to interacting with members and expanding myself both mentally and physically.

Godspeed.

Just would like to thank Eroids for the informative and progressive collection of sound companions who have supplied their personal experience, data and usage with reference to suppliers ratings .. do to having moved over the last few years I've changed connections and friends and had to start over again.. I was not comfortable with my own research as there is a copious level of information and mis information on the internet.. I was really glad to have eroids and community with their opinions to put me on the right foot again. following thru my results from start to finish..have been great... thank... Dirk Maxum...

Hello all glad to have found this site. I am an old newbie. I hurt my back around 10 years ago and had been out for a while. I finally got back in the gym about 2 years ago and have been able to really make some great progress! I just want to re-learn whatever i may have forgotten and possibly get another cycle under my belt in another year or two! Anyway glad to be here!

Hello all. I'm extremely thankful to have found this site (by accident honestly). I was trying to find out cheap sources for injectable supplements.

I have been on hrt for a yr and have desperately trying to find out any info on stacking other things with my current hrt therapy.

My current therapy is :
anastrazole
Hcg
Test cyp

I'm sure I'm gonna say alot of ridiculously stupid crap and annoy ppl but I hope to gain the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions. Thanks

Noob..... and calling me green would be putting it lightly.... I am battling with a bone deficient disease called Leg Perthese. I was born with it, and diagnosed in 1980. Subsequent to my diagnoses, I have undergone 7 hip replacements due to many reasons. My ortho is not on the HGH train, and I have tried everything, and exhausted every resource with respect to a doctor helping me use HGH, with in my network. What a joke! The more I read about the results of HGH, the more I know this is for me. With out getting into my boring life story, I am simply looking for guidance, and or some one to mentor me through the process, and help me kick off a cycle, and get me on my way. The ultimate goal is to build muscle in my leg that's been affected. Of course, I will reap the benefits with the rest of the body, and train hard elsewhere, but the ultimate goal is to get my leg into the best shape I can considering all the scar tissue I have to deal with. I am hoping I can talk with someone who can assist me with HGH. Thanks.

Question about review's. Can I post the the authentication codes and lot numbers from one of my bottles in my review? I got bunk gear and want the community to be able to verify the bottle I have left with the source on their site for those that are familiar with the gear

Thanks for the heads up, I'm a green horn. Got some gear from a friend, he's leaving for Afgan for a year. So I wont be getting any expertise from him for a while. Hello everyone, I was not positive on where to ask this question, but wanted to before I get banned from site. I have been on here in the past and have an idea (pretty good one) of what my username was, but not sure if I used same email. I didn't realize this until I remembered not too long ago because up until a few days ago I haven't been on here or forums etc...I believe my UN was/is Gabbana82? But not sure.so now I am going by compete82. Is there anyway, I can find out my old one and continie using that and get rid of current one?

DC's picture

Looking forward to learning lots here!
I'll be sure to post my progress and review different sources I choose to buy from!
Thanks for having me aboard!

Cheers fellas!

Hi Jimmy. Have been going to the gym for many years now and at 35 having done quite a bit of research I wanted to take my training and body to the next level with some help from the right gear. I have been training 5 to 6 times a week and am regimental with my diet and sleeping. I'm lucky to have a wife that preps the majority of my meals and work in a job that allows me to eat every 2-3 hours. I'm excited to be joining this community and hope to gain both mentally and physically from experienced vets with similar goals and interests.

Hello, I'm new to this site, but a little experience using gear..it's been awhile though.
I'm 39 6"0 235lbs..I have my own gym and have been lifting for awhile now. .I need help with info on many topics...thanks for having a place where a new guy can get help.

Nothingcrazy5's picture

Hello, I fit the newbie category. I'm 32 years, 5'11" at 175. Roughly 19% body fat (I'm really fluctuating at the moment). I've lifted weights since I was 14 years old. My dad got me started lifting with him as something we could enjoy together. I never learned about proper diet until late in highschool when I got serious about lifting. At the age of 25 I weighed around 215-220 and my lowest BF% was around 12. I've lost that since I quit lifting when my son was born five years ago. Now getting back into shape and adding gear to the experience. I'm not old, but I don't have time for my body to naturally build back up. So, I'm here to make sure that I use my gear safely, and to ensure that I am not passing off any bad info to those who I may come into contact with.
