I break out on my back and shoulders like a mug. It gets so bad I swear im done with gear for good, but we all know how that goes ;). Anyways id like to know some tips to keep it off or keep it minimal at least. Accutane is a last resort due to the bad side effects.

AnonThanks everybody for the tips. I appreciate it!! Clearly I need to do on cycle bloods more often and get more dialed in to my shit. I always use an ai but maybe not at proper dosages. Always more to learn and improve for the next cycle.

I upped my dose on masteron and my back cleared with in 2 weeks! So clearly my estrogen wasn't in check is what I'm thinking.
AI's dialed in, garlic extract kills bacteria which will lead to acne, and tanning. Garlic extract is something that a lot of people don't try and it really works well.
GearofWarCannot preach the proper use of an AI to control acne brother. Also you may try Nizoral shampoo for DHT conversion acne at the dermal level. Hate on-cycle acne. I get giant pilar cysts on my scalp depending on the labs I'm using too..all a trade-off.
I eventually just resorted to accutane and it cured me 100% and its permanent for most when done through a derm. Fucked my cholesterol and joints to hell so you're right to stay away from it until you've exhausted all other options.
You can stay away from the highly androgenic compounds aka tren (your username makes me suspicious there) and high dose test, mast etc. you may not be willing to do that though haha. Benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and keeping generally clean will help. A script for retin A gel will help your skin cell turnover rate and is enough for some to fix their acne without accutane. Ask your dermatologist if it's really bad.
Hormone fluctuations are the biggest issue I had. I noticed my acne would flare the worst immediately getting on cycle and coming off. It stabilized in the middle so keep estro in check and try to keeping pinning to a consistent schedule. Otherwise it's part of the game...

African black soap is definitely a great option, tanning too. I'm usually lucky with not a lot of acne sides, but if I run into a rough patch on cycle I'll give the epsom salt a try!

man honestly. i used to look disguisting the way my back and chest broke out. then i learned out AI's and started taking them...currently aromasin, and i swear to u i dont have one zit on my whole body! first time ever. most the time people get acne i assume its cause of estro, at least mine was...
You are correct. If you can keep your test and estro levels fairly stable, it will go a long way in helping aas induced acne.
