So I'm gone to start back hitting it hard In The gym and doing a small Test E cycle at 500mgs a week any tips?

I had that mentally too, i can tell you i highly recommend you don't, aside from lots of variables, diet, form How often you train, commiement...etc, then your throwing AAS into the mix can end up badly
First and only tip is you don't get back into the gym and start a cycle at the same time. You get back into the gym and get back on the diet and then when you are in tip top shape you can think about cycling.
Getbigordietrying304Make sure to have an anti estrogen on hand an to use one. Make sure diet is on point. But that all depends on goals and what not.
How long have you been away from the gym? What are your goals? Cycle history? How is your diet? Says you're 5'8" 230, what is your bf%?
Can't give advice if we know nothing about you...
