I love endurance sports like mma, wrestling, biking....

Anything that pushes me to the brink.

I was doing two hours CARDIO a day plus weights at this time.
Just a little motivation for myself, I know I can get back here and much better.

Anyone think they got what it takes to tap me out?
I don't think so. I never give up!!!!

No I think I was about ten percent in this, I got alot of fat between my ears.

It would very hard for me to stay this lean and bulk.
Worth a shot. You can see I'm holding like no water in this pic, wondering what's it's like to be all blown up.

Though the next cycle will be Tha parabollan and super test. God tropin. 12 weeks lean cycle.
Then idk what I will do to bulk. But I plan on doing it right and perhaps do it for 6 months like Viking suggests.
I'll come. Off for a while then go right into it
Been thinking alot about blending compounds and all types of shit.
Hit me up if you got any bulk advice

Honestly I only train abs once a week.

I do the Arnold vacuum every day briefly when I'm training. It's especially good while on the elliptical. I control breath like I'm swimming.
The objective is to shrink my midsection and not grow it.
It's been difficult to get that fat layer thin enough to see them.
Obviously I throw the kitchen sink at my body, but I have tried to be safe with the gear.
Shit I got anapolan and mtren and dbol and winny and var.
Can't eat them all at once. I'm kinda scared of the mtren and anapolan
Honesty if your not a little scared sometimes your fucking up!!!

I was a weak 240 when you told me doing deca only was a no no
Then I got allergic to eo from power trips gear.
Broke, and using bad gear getting fevers and swells.
I kept pushing and searching for better ways lmao

I was 205 in this picture. At one point I hit 185 my USMC body weight standard( cut water weight) and when I went to work the boss girl put her hands on my abs.
I was put out of work lmao

How many calories are you consuming & how many are you exhausting per day? With that kinda regimen you must eat like crazy or become catabolic!

At this point I was at about 2400 calories, 200g + protein. I burn about 3400 depending on what type of cardio I do. Hitting the elliptical or stairs, isn't like training mma,or doing 40miles on the road bike

Once I get around ten percent like in this photo I'm drink two plus gallons, doing CARDIO empty stomach am. Very low carbs each meal rough example eat about ever 3rd hour
Am cardio
Shake
Meal
Meal
Weights
Shake
Eat big
CARDIO
Shake or salad with chicken

If I eat alot of calories. I tend to blimp up.
My body is extremely efficient At storing fat. It acts like it's main purpose in life.
Yes I run a calorie deficit when I cut, but protein is high enough I preserve all my lean mass and I have endurance all day.
I was bulking at about 3500 calories but I got injured outside the gym.

At the time I was also cooking 5 days a week also

I do listen to my body, and I don't alway have to do sprints. Some days it's good just to put the time in.
The blood flow from cardio really boosts my performance when lifting weights.
Wait till December when I unveil my eroids body 3.0
Three years on eroids and if your still in shit shape, it's time to go out drinking lol

I'm on injury time out right now so I'm like fat Lee priest.

One of my go to's that all most always works on the morning experienced grapples I use is a South paw stance, feint the level change, cross body grab wrist(fake settup) then step over and dive into a rolling knee bar ( on a normal stance right leg)
A good jiu-jitsu guy knows the escape, but no civilian and no pure wrestler is ever prepared.
We trained to end a fight in seconds, not minutes.

Nice, I studied martial arts myself for 9 years Taekwondo to be exact got all the way up to my second degree black belt. Then at the age of 18-19 I started partying a little too much and slowly started losing interest what a dumb move. Wish I hadn't ever stopped I could have been like the next Chuck Norris or something. Lol

Call me crazy, but 3x3 minutes rounds on that full body heavy bag will smoke your ass.
